Having heard good things about Cromer I rented this big house through the Keys agent. That was a easy process, the ladies I dealt with were well informed and efficient. Off street parking was easy for two cars, and first impressions were excellent. The house is in a very good state of decoration, spacious with high ceilings a decent sized rooms. I loved the tastefully chosen paintings and ornaments, each room was different, and special in it's own way. The beds were very comfortable, the linen felt expensive, and there was plenty of storage for clothing. Bathrooms looked newly installed, and...more
A beautifully preserved Old Town Hall Large spacious bedrooms with en suites. Beds comfortable. Lots of hot water as required. Lovely main room to eat, relax and cook overlooking the town Close access to everything including the beach
The Property was spacious and in a good location, and was very peaceful and quite.Hopefully we will be able to go to this property in the future.
The Den is in an ideal location. Its situated in a quiet and peaceful area of Sheringham. It is exceptionally well equipped and although we ate out I would have been able to cook and serve meals with no problems. It is spotlessly clean and its the only self catering place I don't have to wash crockery just to be careful! This must be our 4th stay at the Den and it never disappoints. Sandra and Trevor are lovely folk and welcoming hosts. We will be returning!
A lovely modern house well situated for both shops and beach. It was very comfortable with space for all the family both inside and out, the large outside space has several seating areas as well as a large dining table. There was a good supply of crockery, glassware and cutlery which isn't always the case in rental properties!
The cockles is a well equipped apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Four adults can be accommodated easily. The location is excellent…..the coastal path and beaches are within a short distance. A number of excellent restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, gift shops etc also within easy reach. Communication with Keys holiday cottages was excellent….clear directions provided and easy to access the keys to the property Would recommend this apartment.
This is a beautiful house on a quiet estate. It is inaccurately clean and excellently resourced for all you need for a retreat. Communication is swift and clear and every request is responded to quickly and efficiently. If you have small children they will enjoy the park just outside the front door. For Animal lovers Amazona Zoo is just behind the park and is well worth the visit. The house is well equipped with all you need. There is a lovely welcome package that settles you in and the small garden is ideal for sitting with a cup of tea and reading a book or having a chat. Everything you ne...more
An enjoyable stay in a lovely location. Basket of goodies very appreciated. Enjoyed watching the steam trains, exploring the town and museum. Perfected our paddle boarding skills whilst enjoying the wonderful weather.
Lovely cottage location was exceptional. The courtyard is an added bonus and was a sun trap. Car park just behind cottage was a bonus . Definitely will return.
A lovely few days away in a lovely flat. Everything you could need, and would recommend to others. Thank you
Fabulous cottage, great central yet quiet location, the garden was an absolute bonus! Beds and sofas really comfortable.
I personally cannot fault gull view. The flat is clean welcoming and everything at hand for your stay, It’s so close to the sea, town centre and all Sheringhams attractions with the benefit of parking.Always something to watch from the lounge window. Enjoy.
A lovely cottage in a good location near the town centre it was very clean and tidy with all the appliances and accessories very available
This was our third visit to Scrimshaw cottage and we love the location. It is right next to the beach and close to pubs, shops and restaurants. There is a car park right next door which now offers weekly tickets but we unload and head for the streets which offer free parking. The cottage is perfect for two is great for a weeks stay.
Myself, my niece & her two children had a fantastic stay at chalet number 53. It was very clean & had every thing we needed. The complimentary milk, biscuits & crisps were a nice thought. The bunk beds with the larger bottom bunk was a great idea. The location was great too being within walking distance of the town.
Strand Cottage is in a perfect location in Sheringham. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Even the weather was kind!
A lovely place to stay and a great location with a sea view and town very close by. Good quality comfortable furniture with nice rooms. We'd a great time.
Second time of staying in this property. Location is walking distance to the town is so near to all amenities and local attractions. Also easy to get around the rest of North Norfolk. There is Tesco and Sainsbury’s to do a little shop if you want and also bars and restaurants in Sheringham. When we got there, there was a welcome basket of bread, butter cereals all the essentials that you need for when you first arrive would definitely recommend to anybody with a family or a couple who wants a break.
Very enjoyable that provided everything required for our holiday. Nice and tidy and in a brilliant location.
Lovely property but where’s the Washing Machine. Paying +£2,000 for 2 weeks, was eye watering enough (next year, 2026, sees an increase of +50% to in excess of £3,000, depending upon Agency used) but to not have a Washing Machine, in a holiday home, in 2025, is exceedingly poor. You could just about manage for 1week, or less, but 2 weeks??
Comfortable well equipped spacious flat, all mod cons, central for shopping.and station All round first class.
Lovey place to stay for a family occasion Spacious well appointed with everything literally on the door step
The house was well appointed everything you need for a self contained holiday. Location couldn’t have been better, close to sea, high street and coastal walks. Would recommend
Have stayed in Sherringham lots of times over the years and this is the best accommodation we have found. 1 minute walk to the top end of high street. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house is immaculate and the garden patio area is very pleasant. Private off road parking is also a bonus.
Amazing accommodation. Great location. Plenty of space. Had all that we needed during our weeks stay. Definitely recommend.
The location is perfect, for town and beach. As it overlooks the steam railway there is some noise from trains, but during the day only. The house had comfortable beds, four singles, and lots of storage space. Having an additional downstairs toilet is handy. Parking was a bonus. Everywhere was clean and tidy.
This accommodation is in a great position, close to both the shops and near the beach, having its own parking is a great benefit in Sheringham. It was very clean and tidy with good fresh bedding and towels. We found it had a new washer/dryer which was great as the weather for drying was not good. It is easy access to the property with wide access to the rooms for anyone with a disability and the shower and bathroom was again suitable for anyone with a disability.
We were very comfortable very clean cottage delightful garden excellent restorants all within walking distance lovely holiday
We had a lovely time in Mundesley for the 3 days we were there and the weather was great. We had good food too.
We had a lovely 3 day break at 2 The Deck, Sheringham. It's in a brilliant location on the cliff by the putting green with sea views from the lounge & courtyard garden. The ground floor apartment was so quiet and relaxing to stay in. Central for walking up Beeston bump or into town. The allocated parked space was a bonus, there's also plenty of room in the road for extra cars. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self catering break and lots of extra homely touches. We felt very much at home here as a family of 4 - plenty of space for al...more
The beach house is a good size for a holiday let, spacious rooms and well equipped. The house was clean apart from crockery and cutlery which all needed cleaning before use. We had a great stay everything we needed and close to both sea and town.
Very nice house but garden a little small and open stepping out of back door you could seeinto next doors kitchen .
Small house, but perfectly adequate for 4 for a week. Certainly ideal for walking to shops ,supermarket, station and sea. Quiet area.
Close to shops and beach, suited our family 100% including two grandsons !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had lots of things to do in our week,It was the first time we stayed at Canary Cottage, which we found to be an ideal base, very comfortable ,lovely garden and everything we needed. Really wished we could have had another week.
My 3rd visit to this cottage cosy and well equipped. Near the beach great food in the village pub. However the house next door is undergoing a complete renovation lots of banging and drilling from 7/8 am each morning. The noise and dust made it impossible to sit in the garden. As I understand it this project will take months.
Another very pleasant and relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings .Here’s to next July can’t wait
Great spot, quiet ,very clean, everything you meed. Would book again. Beautiful walk to beach and town.
We had a very relaxing family holiday at The Plaice. The views are outstanding and the property is only a short walk from shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the kitchen area was very well equipped. It was lovely to get to sleep at night with the sound of the waves.
Property is very convenient, being just at the end of the main high street. It is a quirky old fisherman’s cottage, that has been sympathetically updated with modern day bathroom. After driving 235 miles, we arrived 4 pm on Friday afternoon, and was very disappointed to discover there was no iron/ board, however the ‘Keys’ office had an iron, so I didn’t have to purchase one, whilst I was grateful to them, this meant we had to wait for them to re-open on the Monday, to return it. I also discovered a chipped plate, cracked plastic plate and drink spills on the stair carpet. I think it would b...more
A pleasure to stay for a week. So close to all amenities. Clean and bright. Could have done with another week
Lovely house, very spacious. As an extended family with 3 young children we were able to have my son and his family in the annexe and my other son and his family were self contained on the top floor.
Great little chalet. Beautifully clean. Well equipped, especially the kitchen, which looked very new. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of supermarket and more importantly the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon.
This is our 5th stay in the cottage and the changes made since our last visit some years ago were very welcome. Has everything you could need, close to the beach/promenade but still peaceful. Clean on arrival and clean when we left as i don,t cook on holiday and we were out everyday, lovely and warm when we got back in after our days out. Would recommend .
It was a great home , with everything that was needed for a family holiday. Location was great . Added bonus of Wi-Fi for teens
Our 2nd time staying in this cosy cottage, very comfortable, everything needed for a great holiday, close to friendly shops great ,beach,, steam train great for exploring 3 local villages, And Keys holiday booking office in high street if you need any assistance while your there, Highly recommend this cottage ( NOT SUITABLE for anyone with DISABILITIES as there are Steep Stairs ) Had a great holiday at Sheringham and will be going again next year
The house is spacious. We were 6 adults and 2 young children with plenty of space and bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was clean and beautifully presented and it was well equipped. The children loved playing in the front garden which was safe for them. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the town centre. We had a brilliant holiday.
We love staying here as so piece full and relaxing. Our 3 dogs always enjoy all the walks we take them on wether it's the beach or country side. Excellent choice of games in bungalow, country side views and of course Ned the horse at back of property, People in Mundsley very friendly and welcoming, we will be returning next year.
What a lovely stay! The cottage was cozy and comfortable, and very clean we were impressed with how well-equipped it was. We really enjoyed the fantastic location and all it had to offer.
Keys are always amazing in their customer service. Efficient and friendly. We always book with them. Compass Rose is a home from home. Comfortable, clean and very spacious. A perfect position for the beach and town and added bonus of having 2 parking spaces.
The directions to the property were good, and it was as advertised. The owner was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. A very peaceful place to stay and a good location for everything we planned to do
The flat was well equipped and very tidy everything was clearly labelled and instructions left for everything. 10 Vista Court did not disappoint we would throughly recommend. Bonus the dishwasher and washing machine! It was peaceful and the sea view and sunsets a bonus even on a windy day!
An excellently fitted chalet every thing we needed was provided, a very smart park , a pleasent walk to the town and beach, very quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was rather small so not easy to move about in and the main area a little over furnished but overall very nice.
Great location and lovely house. We had a great week. Sofas need looking at as do the deck chairs. And rubbish bin emptying.
Great annex had everything we needed . Lovely touches like fresh flowers ,nibbles and even a hot water bottle...although thankfully wasn't needed .
Good location near to the beach ,no on site parking ? But ample free spaces on the street outside the property so no issues there. Nice Garden to eat in whilst there if cooking, however there was a lack of kitchen pots and pans and utensils to be able to cook if you needed to. Good to have a washer and a fridge freezer in situ The futon / settee was not the most comfortable to sit on. The beds were very Comfortable though. Would be happy to stay again if going back as it was an ideal location (please add a few more kitchen things though). We did miss ? A welcome hamper which would hav...more
We had lovely stay at 7 New Road. It was a really convenient location for the beach, the town and for public transport. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend it.
Another great week in this property. (our third stay here) Very convenient for the town and beach and the wonderful sea views were enjoyed by everyone from a 2 year old to grandparents.
Really great property. Not necessarily modern and new but has EVERYTHING you need for a holiday seaside break. Kitchen is well equipped and the cutlery and crockery were spotless. Washing machine and dryer both worked great. Parking spot is very tight but plenty of advance notice is given when booking on whether your car will fit or not. The house has 2 showers and a bath with the downstairs shower being of very high quality. Plenty of seating and overall a brilliant location
First time we have stayed here nice place great location with parking we thought the property was a bit dusty and could do with a bit of updating especially in the bathroom which only has a very deep bath and no shower we knew this before we booked would not suit anybody with mobility problems. You have to take your own bedding and towels which we did but there was no tea towels or oven gloves in the kitchen or a bath mat in the bathroom. These are minor points and would definitely book again.
Lots of dust, cobwebs and dog hair didn't look as if it had been thoroughly cleaned for a long time I had to clean it myself!
Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone & very central ,already booked to return next year, we loved it
The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.
Enjoyed our stay ,in this lovely little cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing break, and lovely walk to Sheringham and Cromer on the beach. Fish and chips at the local Wills fish & chip shop was amazing.
We had a wonderful time in North Norfolk, the property was very good and nice and cosy, a real home from home. We had the privilege of meeting the Owners who were really friendly. The property and location were excellent and we couldn't have picked a more peaceful place to stay and we look forward to going again soon.
We enjoyed our stay at little lodge, spacious and a nice garden to relax in. Unfortunately the garden was looking a little unkempt and the man never showed up to cut the grass ! It said on Mondays , but it wasn't done. Also a sun brolly and sun chairs would have been good. The other issue was the bed which was uncomfortable as the mattress was lumpy.overall it was satisfying.
A lovely, very well equipped cottage, easy walk to both shops and the sea. Nicely decorated, light and contemporary. The only criticisms are the sofa which is not very comfortable, and the hard pillows! Sheringham is lovely, lots to do there and in the surrounding area.
This is a nice apartment in a good location in Sheringham. It has parking included albeit very tight if all the spaces are in use. It is reasonably well equipped but lacks a freezer compartment and other kitchen items. The big problem for us was the cigarette fumes that take over the apartment. As soon as you enter the main door of the property it reeks of cigarette smoke from the apartment on the ground floor. These fumes invade the apartment unless you have all windows open and a through draft. We closed the windows one night but had to get up to open up due to the build up of fumes. This i...more
We loved our holiday at 38 Albert Street and our dog liked his walks to holt Country park and the town centre
We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,
This is my second stay, Location is brilliant, as its a 10 min walk to the prom, beach, and 10min walk into town centre, had a great week, weather was sunny for most of the week. Wifi was good also. I hope to stay again soon.
The property is airy and clean, has plenty of storage space and wonderful views over the sea. Some noise is audible from people passing on the Promenade outside, but it is very peaceful at night. There is no parking space, but I never had any difficulty in finding a space in the Quadrant car park about two minutes' walk away. Full cooking facilities are provided, although I did not use them. There are several pubs and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The shower room and cubicle are small and awkward to move around in. The shower is a bit temperamental and difficult to adjust, but...more
We have stayed here many times and will keep returning Ideal location for the town and the beach yet nice and quiet
Perfect for a relaxing stay minutes from the beach, car park, shops, restaurants all very close. Love panoramic views
The lodge is situated on the outskirts of North Walsham so it was perfect for days out to the very near Norfolk coast . Bacton woods ideal for dog walking as like all the near by beaches of Bacton Mundsley & Happisbough . If your looking for a quiet place to stay its perfect but you need to use a car as no where close for good dog walking unless you walk around housing estates. There are no amenities on site the Olive tree appears to have been closed for a far while now as a resident informed us. There is a pub opposite the entrance family & dog friendly. lidl & Sainsbury’s close but car requ...more
We enjoyed a fabulous week at the cottage. Beautifully clean and perfectly situated for the beach and high St. Another bonus is the small drive which was a godsend during a very busy week in Sheringham.
A very comfortable and clean house and exactly as described. Keys staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cromer is a great location for a holiday and the apartment is a great location for access to the town, the beach, bus and train travel, and very important, it has off-street parking.
Once again we have really enjoyed our third stay at 9 Canada Road it is ideal for me,my daughter and son in law very clean nd comfortable and of course the unexpectedly fine weather helped. The accommodation is just right for us very cosy and everything you need is there. It is in a good position for both the beach and town highly recommended.
Cosy cottage, very well equipped. Good location near the centre of Sheringham and as a base for visiting North Norfolk. Downsides were the busy road as it is on a main road and the size of the second bedroom. It says it sleeps 4 but should be specified two adults and 2 small children as the bunk beds were tiny. Also the stairs were narrow and steep but we were already told that.
Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. This resulted in us all leaving our shoes and coats in the...more
Yet another holiday at this house. As usual it had excellent facilities and has a beautiful garden. However the deep freeze was not fully working and no warning was given about the alteration to key collection. ( I understand that your office was also not told of the change.) Nevertheless we are booking for next year .
Hi we had a very good time at,7 the gap. Good location and very quiet,,we could park the car next to the caravan, very good thank you.
A welcoming and cosy space in a very nice location in Beeston Regis. Very peaceful and walkable to everything you could need. Views of the common out front are wonderful and the garden is well thought out and a nice place to spend time.
Our third year at Berry Cottage. Not a cottage but a spacious terrace with garden. Nice surprise to find wi fi, new TV and redecoration. Excellent location and because the furniture etc is not pristine ideal for a family. Delighted too to find this year a set of saucepans and more equipment to enable catering for six. Also sufficient toilet rolls and a couple of hand towels now. Still no hairdryer. One small problem which Keys rapidly sorted.
Romany Rye is ideally situated in Sheringham, with the bonus of a car parking space. If you park up you won’t need the car again as it is just a short walk to the beach, steam railway, mainline railway, bus and shops. The cottage is very quaint and quirky but there are steps between levels so you need to be quite able. Ideal place to visit if you like a quiet holiday.
It was adequate for our requirements and situated in a very good location. The only thing we found was that the pillows provided weren't very thick not giving as much comfort as they could. But on the whole we enjoyed it and would stay again.
I booked this property as I had stayed here before, and its situated on a quiet private road, near to the beach, with a garden to sit out in, and central for visiting various places on the coast. This made it ideal as I was taking my elderly mother with me. However, our peaceful holiday was spoilt by the building work taking place on both neighbouring properties, the one directly opposite and another at the end of the road. I was woken each morning, by the sound of cement mixers, angle grinders, drilling, hammering, radios, shouting etc, which went on all day. Just as annoying were the number ...more
This split level apartment was modern, clean and very spacious with easy access. It has two flights of steep stairs. It had comfortable bedding and large balcony with view over nearby houses. Large sofa area, dining and great kitchen and spacious bedrooms on an upper floor. It would be good to have detailed shower, electric fire and wine cooler instructions. We could not get the hand held shower spray to work or the fire. Dusty book shelves. Balcony furniture needs replacing as feet broken. Hit head on eaves ceiling so be careful in bedrooms. The nearby car park was great and not too expen...more
