Dunlin 3 is a credit to its owner who had thought of everything. Clean, smart and very comfortable. Quality accommodation. The gated access is secure but simple to use giving peace of mind. Stunning views.

In most respects great stay in a beautiful location. Some nice touches with items left to start our holiday, tea, milk etc.
The double bed is not as comfortable as remainder of apartment.

I am sorry to hear that you did not find the double bed comfortable, mattresses are one of those things impossible to get right for everybody. The owners like to make sure you can at least have a nice cup of tea after traveling down to Brixham, the location is beutiful and a lovely place to relax hope to welcome you back in the future.

What an absolute stunning apartment and great location. The decoration and detail of the apartment is beautiful. Cleanliness was excellent and all the little extras there and welcome gifts were amazing.

Lovely cosy apartment. Spotlessly clean and in a great location with a short coastal walk into Brixham. Lots of little extras provided by the owners which were much appreciated. Great views from the apartment. Will definitely visit again

We had a good opening to our holiday by having details that were precise about how we entered the property. We were so happy with the cleanliness and the layout of the place. We loved the setting and the view from our balcony was second to none. We were made up with the proximity to Brixham just down the hill and overall had an excellent stay.

An enjoyable stay in a very well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. Seaview from the large decked and furnished patio. A great location for access to the cove, coastal path and short walk into Brixham town, about 15 minutes. Modern, clean and comfortable but the bedrooms are very small with little room to walk around the kingsize bed. Mattresses fairly firm. The shower is a little weak/underpowered. Plenty of hot water. Ideal for 2 people. Very nice welcome goodies in the kitchen.

We can't fault the apartment at all. Comfortable, great location, high quality furnishings, all mod cons, it was home from home, a perfect retreat after a busy day's sightseeing. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Dunlin 3 was the most comfortable self catering accommodation we have been to. We wanted for nothing.
The view over the bay, from the balcony was lovely and always something going on. Small yachts a plenty with the occasional cruise liner calling in at Torquay.
Location was excellent with an attractive and easy walk into town where there are lots of restaurants to choose from.
We highly recommend this property. We even saw a Dunlin whilst sitting down at the harbourside!

Lovely clean accommodation, very well equipped with tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, butter, milk and champagne on our arrival.
It was well situated for Brixham a short coastal walk away with opportunities to see the local Seal! Lovely restaurants and other eating places also Tesco extra and Co-op. Friendly locals and helpful. good walking along coastal path we went to Broadsands where there is a small café, toilets and a beautiful sandy bay!
Dartmouth was lovely and if you use the ferry (£6 for us in a car), it is a shorter journey.
We were very lucky with the weather just one days rain.
one minus point would be the gate entrance, the key pad is hard to decipher as it is all silver, so difficult to read in bright sun and heavy rain.
We had a great time and will return.
