Everything was perfect the hikki tub was also a highlight and another way to enjoy the great outdoors. The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. Honestly can't say a bad thing about it.
Penyrorsedd is a fantastic property in a great location on Anglesey with amazing views over Snowdon. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with 2 young children. The kitchen was very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The garden was beautiful; the kids particularly enjoyed the three separate swings and it was handy to have buckets and spades so we didn't have to take any with us. The family bathroom was great, with a walk in shower and huge bath. It was really handy to have two ensuites and a separate toilet in addition - no queuing for the toilet requir...more
Beautiful accommodation, nicely decorated and very clean. Great location, 5 min drive to local town and great recommendations from owners of where to visit and good places to eat and drink. Our dog loved it here!
Stayed here for my grandmas 80th birthday and we had an amazing time. This house is perfect honestly every single room has its own bathroom or en-suite, tv and everything you need for an amazing stay. The living room is a perfect size with a log fire. The kitchen is well equipped with a lovely big dining table and tv. We regularly stay in cottages up and down the country and this has to be one of the best. The location is fantastic too, you’re a short walk away from the town centre, a shop at the end of the road but the views of snowdon are amazing on a clear day. We even got to see fighter je...more
Number 4 is arranged with a large open plan kitchen/lounge area on the 1st floor with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Walking through the back door to drop the bags off and exploring upstairs you're greated with a large open plan area containing a breakfast bar, sofas, kitchen etc. but most importantly it feels comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms on the ground floor are comfortable and as a whole the property is well maintained with everything we needed for a short break. Parking at the side of the garage was sufficient for our needs and we didn't use the garage which is als...more
We’ve just spent Christmas week at the lovely Sand Dollar, situated in the heart of Rhosneigr, all amenities a couple of minutes away. We were a party of 8 adults and 2 toddlers, the house was warm and provided enough space for us all to be comfortable. The toddlers were thrilled with their bedroom on the 3rd floor with enough room for the adults to sleep there too. All the beds in the house were extremely comfortable and bed linen and towels of good quality. The entrance hall provided room to hang all our coats and leave mucky boots in. The lounge was big and had fabulous sea views. The kit...more
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Sandaig. The house has a large well equipped kitchen dining area . There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms. The house had been cleaned to a high standard. Benllech beach is a two minute walk away. We have already booked Sandaig for another family get together.
We had a lovely stay at Kiloran. The staff at Anglesey Lettings were very accommodating and the property was in great condition. We were very comfortable and warm and felt right at home.
Morawelon is a high standard property with modern decor and a fab location. Well located for walks on the beach or around the village and has almost everything you could need.
Excellent location, everything you need for a relaxing home from home, comfy beds, table tennis on a rainy day was great, our second visit, will definitely be returning
A lovely property , homely & comfortable .,deceptively spacious . Location brilliant for Rhosneigr shops , restaurants & amazing beaches Thank you once again Anglesey holiday Lettings .
We stayed at Owain’s Lake View having stayed at Bryn Bach last year. What a fantastic place. The view of the lake from the property is amazing. The property was just perfect. Light and airy, plenty of space, clean, well equipped and tasteful decor to a very high specification. There was nothing to criticise. It is very dog friendly and there is a secure decking area where you can sit, relax and enjoy the Rhosneigr sunsets. We will definitely return.
The weather may not have allowed us to see Snowdonia, but there was plenty to get excited about. The forest, the sea shore, the cosiness of Ty Fferam Bailey, all beautiful on a rainy winters day.
We had a lovely long weekend away but did have some issues with the heating. Although they did send someone out on the Saturday, the heating wasn’t checked before us arriving which meant my 20 month old was in a room with no heating. The radiator in the twin room had a broken thermostat (confirmed by the engineer) meaning the temperature of the room only got to 15 degrees in the night. During our first night as we weren’t sure on what the issue was, we placed the portable thermostat in the room which caused the remainder of the house to be unbearably hot to compensate for the heat loss. ...more
We booked for a long weekend in March and really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The accommodation is very well presented and well appointed. A great location, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. The parking space must be a god send in peak period. My only minor criticism is that the bed creaks alarmingly in the master bedroom and needs looking at. Generally however, we loved it!
Really good apart from weather. No more to say----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A fantastic location and property. Beautifully furnished with absolutely everything we could possibly have needed and more. We had a superb Christmas and the hamper, gifts under the tree were really touching extras! We will be back!
We had a great few days away with the dogs, the newly fitted cottage is spacious, comfortable and very suitable for two ladies and dogs, might be a bit cramped for two couples, we have been to the site many times and know what to expect. Things to note, there were no wardrobes in either bedroom which was fine for a few days and dog walking gear but, if you need to hang smarter things and put things away out of sight, could be a problem, The door of the twin bedroom didn’t shut properly which was annoying with a dog, also we found the heated towel rails in the bathrooms difficult to operate wi...more
Stones Throw is a spacious, beautifully furnished bungalow, a few minutes walk to the beaches, and Main Street in Rhosneiger. We absolutely loved our stay. The only slight negative for us was that the garden, although enclosed, isn’t escape proof as the wall at the front of the bungalow is low.
Lovely location with easy walking access to beach and village, a cosy apartment for two people with all amenities/facilities you would want for the week, dog friendly, quiet, and with the added bonus of a wood burner and hot tub.
I’ve stayed here several times now and it never fails to disappoint. This property is beautiful and very well laid out. I would highly recommend. Great location.
We loved this bungalow. Great location. Easy walk to beach. Lovely living space. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds. Great place to relax. We had our dogs with us so the gate was brilliant to keep them in and safe. There was a storm on NYE and the power went off. We rang the emergency number and the owner was with us within 5 minutes. Checked we OK and power back on via power company, not owners fault at all. Just brilliant service.
Very pleased with the standard, quality and price of the accommodation, great value for money! The location was great a short stroll to the beach and the village,.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. We stopped in Hill Top 2, myself, my partner, 5 year old daughter and 6 month old baby. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, no complaints at all in regards to amenities. Lady who lives in the house behind came to introduce herself on our first full day and made us aware that if we needed anything at all she was there to help, that was really nice. The house behind had 2 beagle dogs that were the friendliest dogs I think I’ve ever met. They used to meet us as we drove up the drive back from a long day out ex...more
Love the quiet location of this cottage. It was absolutely spotless so credit to the cleaners. Everything was of top quality the bed was very comfy. The cottage was very well equipped. The welcome box was also a nice touch. There are a couple of fabulous beaches within a few minutes drive. I look forward to staying here again.
Spent four nights at Faraway.Had a lovely break away. Place very clean, comfortable bed and everything you need. Open plan as doors missing on lounge, wondered if it would be cold in winter. Very convenient to beach ,local shops and restaurants. Garden enclosed and ideal for dog.
Great location to walk into Rhosneigr, the bungalow was clean and tidy. Lots of space. We had a lovely time, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Off The Hook is a beautifully presented holiday bungalow only a 2 minute walk from Broad Beach. We had a lovely relaxing stay and it had everything we needed and more. Modern, clean and well equipped. We will stay there again in future. Thanks
A decent little place that just needs a few touches to make it perfect. A lick of paint on some of the walls would make the place feel better. Also, a decent table on which to eat meals. There is a raised area in the kitchen part with bar stools but it is squashed in and you are facing a wall. The headboard on the bed needs fitting better (I had to wedge it with two cushions), this would compliment the very comfortable bed. The radiator didn't work in the bedroom. The kitchen area is good but the extractor fan is not over the cooking area so I had to open the door when using the hobs some...more
Stayed here with family of 14 (adults and children), house is a great size plenty of room, comfortable beds and it was all very clean. The kitchen is lovely with a large breakfast bar to sit around. Location perfect for the beach and the village. Parking plentiful on the drive and the road. We would definitely return and use Anglesey holiday lettings again.
Our long weekend with our family coincided with storm Isha. However we’re so pleased we chose this house as it was so warm and spacious and beautifully designed with lots of little extras such as board games for all ages and a great kitchen! Very handy for the beach and village amenities.
We have a lovely weekend with the boys . They absolutely loved being near the beach and spending time in the games area . The hone was clean and well presented and has everything you need for a comfortable stay .
We all had an amazing time at the view. The house is spacious, clean and the views are fabulous. The kitchen was very well equipped and an air fryer would be a great addition. The beds were comfy and the TVs in the main bedrooms were a lovely touch. We would definitely stay there again!
The property itself is lovely but is in need of some tlc. For example the tv is well past its best, the picture is very dark and could not be adjusted any brighter, it was like watching it through sun glasses! Cleanliness, when going into a holiday let we always do a quick clean of the 'touch points' (switches, handles, banister, hard surfaces etc), all the Dettol wipes that we used returned with dirt on them, the property was certainly not clean. We also always select the crockery and cutlery that we think we may use and put this through a dish washer cycle, a bowl that was selected was di...more
This is our third time staying at Ty Arthur and once again everything was great. Perfect size for a couple and our dog, especially with being on the ground floor and having the outside seating area. This cottage and the whole Llys Llewelyn complex is immaculately kept and so close to the sand dunes, estuary and sea in beautiful Aberffraw. We would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Thank you.
Beautifully decorated property, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Anglesey Holiday Lettings staff were super helpful and very on the ball when an issue cropped up, which they had sorted in no time. Excellent communication from them. Our whole family enjoyed the local amenities and proximity to the beach. Will definitely be looking to book again through this company over AirBnB next time we are looking for a trip to Anglesey.
Third time staying here and will always return. The accommodation is wonderful and well fitted out. The surrounding area is stunning, even in the not so clement weather at this time of year.
The Moorings is in a beautiful location just a short walk to the beach. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The Moorings was the perfect house for our family holiday.
In a beautiful location if wanting to get away from it all with stunning views across the estuary. Even though quiet location, not to far to drive to Rhosneigr or Rhoscolyn and only 30 minutes from other areas with more going on
We enjoyed staying at Tides reach, it was clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It was smack bang in the centre of Rhosneigr close to the beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. Had an amazing breakfast at Cafe Notos, coffee and cake is good too. We also ate at the Sandy Mount, service was great and we had a good meal too. All good… Not much going on in Rhosneigr this time of year but that’s what we like. Would definitely return.
Wonderful house with bundles of space in just a stunning location. Sand dunes all around, the sea a very short walk and wonderful eateries within a few minutes walking. Just a fabulous place
Wonderful holiday, beautiful accommodation fantastic location. Will definitely be going back again and would recommend.
we have stayed here a number of times now and is the perfect location for us. the flat has always been spotless on our arrival, with a well equipped kitchen, clean towels and shower and bedding. the view is fantastic . the only issue this time is we had no use of the television due to what looked like damaged cables . as we are not out late people this was disappointing . this would not stop us booking again in the future.
Firstly 4pm arrival is too strict!! We use letting agents about 8-10 times a year and this is one of the strictest, especially when you're made to leave at 10am and the cleaner arrive at 9.50am! The property is not cheap but it is located in Rhosneigr one of the more exclusive parts of the island. This property is large and spacious and serves well for multi generational family stays. We found the layout to be perfect for our needs both in terms of size and flow. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you could need, bathrooms spacious. The property is in need of some tlc however...more
Brilliant Stay, in a well-looked-after house perfect for families or groups of friends. Location is great, close to the beach and the perfect base for sight-seeing in north wales.
We have stayed in a number of the accommodation on offer at Llys Llewellyn and found Ty Mabon to be of the usual high standard. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a good heating system. We would definitely stay here again for one of our future visits to the Ynys Mon. It is in a great location for exploring the island, with the fabulous Aberffraw beach on your doorstep.
This is our 2nd stay at Bryn Neigr and we love the house. Such a cosy feel but enough space to spread out as necessary. The best thing however by far is the location. I could spend all day sitting in the window seat watching the sea - something I did a lot of as the weather was so awful.
We had a nice week at Beach House in between Christmas and New Year (23-24). The property is well situated within the village of Rhosneigr. The house was comfortable and warm and well presented. We didn't have access to the Wi-Fi on arrival but Anglesey holiday lettings did sort this for us the day after we arrived. A little disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations up in the house. The fixtures and fittings are of good quality but small improvements could be made with certain items of the kitchen equipment. The baking trays have seen better days and i wouldn't use one of the fry...more
Ty Rhos Newydd is a stunning short break getaway. The house is amazing and the children loved the games room and cinema room. There’s lots of room and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped! The property is a short drive to various things to do, so whilst there’s nothing locally to walk to, you are never far from something to do!
Arrived at the granary for the for the allocation time of 4pm. Noticed straight away that the cottage had not been cleaned ready for our arrival (pots on the draining board, beds stripped and bedding and towels in the bathroom etc) my husband started to hoover downstairs as there was dog hair. I phoned housekeeping who said that they would send someone round asap. The cleaner was on site really quickly which was great although we had to leave the property so she could clean which wasn’t the best after traveling 3.5 hours. Although this wasn’t a great start to our break, it was rectified straig...more
Excellent property, perfect location. We visited early Feb and the property was really warm and cosy but very spacious, very well equipped with good quality fittings and furnishings. We went with friends so the bathrooms off each bedroom iare perfect....we will be back.
Comfortable little cottage. Very well equipped and efficient central heating. Easy walk to shops or beach.
Excellent location slightly dated but over all a great property Only fault can not check in until 5pm
Really nice property and well located with just a short walk to Trearddur Bay itself. No criticism really, just minor things that could be improved: the main dining table was suitably large, but the bench seating was a bit uncomfortable, and it felt a little squashed sitting altogether. The hot water ran out at one point as well, and we couldn't do anything to solve the problem except shower in cold water. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.
Photos make the place look better than it is. We had to clean up outside and in the courtyard. Damp issues in the annex bedroom. Needs some TLC and maintenance.. We have discussed this with Anglesea lettings.
The apartment was spotlessly clean. Every basic requirement was catered for. The area friendly and peaceful. The views stunning. If I had a niggle it was the double bed mattress. It had seen better days and sank in the middle so we were constantly having to readjust our sleeping position.
The Little Nest is great for a weekend away, the bedroom was more spacious than expected & the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts & an evening meal ( be aware there is no microwave if you do use one) Best of all just downstairs in The White Eagle there is great food & drink with lovely welcoming staff.
Oh how I love this little place! Great walks for my dogs, beautiful beaches, friendly people. The accommodation is excellent, everything needed for a great week.
Perfect location set on the beach and walking distance to everything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back, 10/10
Great location, welcome pack and fantastic information re. the booking itself, but….. Get a mirror over the sink in the main bathroom & get hooks, both previously reported No wardrobes upstairs , presumably due to sloping walls, so insufficient storage for anything more than a night or two. Curtains in the bedroom with the balcony have already been reported as need of repair/ replacement Top tip : the tallest person will have to sleep on the left in the room with the balcony, and perhaps just restrict the other room to people 4ft or under Weird bathroom set up in the downstairs twin ro...more
We had use of both cottages during our stay, which meant we were able to socialise together without feeling on top of each other. The cottages were extremely comfortable and very clean. The kitchens were well equipped. Location was perfect for visiting all parts of the island.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage is very comfortable and well furnished. It was in a good location to explore the beautiful island. We enjoyed the National Trust properties nearby and had some wonderful coastal walks. The welcome pack was thoughtful and appreciated as was the welcome pack left for our dog. The only thing I would mention is the cottage is on different levels with a few large steps inside.
We’ve just arrived home from an amazing week at Cae Cloc. The house is calm, clean and in a great location. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms and kitchen are in need of refurbishment and attention to detail is needed, such as limescale in the shower heads stopping them from working properly and the extractor fan out of order. There is also very limited space to unpack your clothes meaning that you live out of your bag for most of the week. The only other aspect to mention is that the loft hatch is above the head side of the bunk bed in the small room...more
Last minute trip. First time in Aberffraw, what a beautiful place and the dog loved the dunes and beach. 2 adults and our dog. Cottage was comfy, well equipped and had essentials that most cottages dont, along with some treats..even for the dog. Small enclosed private front garden with picnic table, sun in the morning. Separate enclosed BBQ area for the cottages to share. We only used downstairs, but shower was amazing, (actually a non slip shower tray, great). View of field at the back from lounge was nice to watch the birds, no sheep or cows on our visit. Cafe around the corner is amazing,...more
House was spotless well equipped with everything you need for your stay . Location was great close to beach and costal walks . Also the shops pubs restaurants and little cafes Lovely weekend break would highly recommend
As 2 adults we stayed for an extended weekend break The Lookout was clean warm and comfortable with great views across the bay. Ideally located for all amenities Would highly recommend this property and will be returning later in the year Thanks AHL(Anglesey Holiday Lettings)
A really nice cottage; good customer service from the agency too. Clean and relatively new appliances and comfortable stay. The heating did struggle to cope at times; heat exchangers are known for this unless a property is completely draught free. Would go again and recommend to others.
The Eagles is so cosy and feels like a home from home. Very well equipped but the main sofa needs to be replaced as it’s not very comfortable
The house is in good order, spacious and well located, just a short walk to the centre of Rhosneigr and from there the beach. The drive is large enough for 2 or 3 cars. Having 2 bathrooms is a great help. Having taken our dog, word of warning is rather annoyingly we found that someone had selfishly let their dog do their business on the front grass and just left it, so please don’t assume that just because your dog hasn’t done anything on It there won’t be anything to clean up.
The pictures really do not give this property justice absolutely amazing property. Really surprised with how clean the property was the cleaners do an amazing job. The little touches provided like the dog treats are an amazing idea. Absolutely an amazing property will defo be staying again in the future. Thank you so much anglesey holiday letting
We loved Spring Tide, it exceeded all expectations for our family break. Well presented in a great location.
Cottage was great for what we needed. Could do with a frying pan or wok rather than just saucepans but that is just me being too fussy probably. Great area, easy walk to the beach/Oyster Catcher. Owner super friendly.
Great property right on the beach, few teething issues and the agents were amazingly easy to get hold of and sent someone round to sort out very promptly. Having a shower room/utility room that you could enter directly from the garden was very useful, keeps the sand and wet wetsuits out of the house Highly recommended.
Fabulous location. Nice quiet road but right by the centre of Rhosneigr and the beach. Nice to have a little garden. The lounge has a fab view of the beach from the dining table
Hafan is in the perfect location to watch the sea in any weather with views from the front window and the conservatory at the back of the bungalow. There has been a new kitchen fitted since we last stayed which is very lovely. We had lovely meals at Mezze (tapas), Oyster Catcher (Sunday roast) and beautiful steaks at Mojos. As always the Passionfruit zombies on comfy sofas at Starvation were lovely. Lots of lovely touches in the house that enable you to cook properly or just sit and watch the kite surfers in the bay. Thanks again and see you next year!
We holiday on Anglesey several times a year and this was our first stay in Bron Wendon. On arrival, the views from the garden took our breath away. Many hours were spent gazing out the window! The cottage was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. And very quiet and peaceful too. The beach a short walk away (although a slopped access road to walk for those with poor mobility) Very slight niggle would be the double bed sizes if you are used to a king sized bed (the rooms are very spacious though and the beds are comfy!) and the WiFi can be a bit hit and miss but its a great excuse to ...more
Spacious, well equipped, comfy warm beds & fantastic views from the lounge. Pub staff a delight too.
Norman Court is ideal for us as it is close to all amenities and is always well presented. A very considerate welcome pack was waiting which was much appreciated. This is our 3rd (or is it 4) stay and we shall look forward to returning. Only 2 minor points if we may: security light would be good at the back of the property and a mop and bucket for those little accidents that happen. Many thanks for a lovely stay.
We hired this house not having looked at the reviews because the previous 6 times we have used Anglesey Property Letting the properties have been excellent with regard to cleanliness and furnishings. The house is situated perfectly and Rhosneigr is a good place with nice places to eat and drink. The house is well equipped and has some great views to enjoy. That said, its very expensive to hire so we would expect everything to be top notch which sadly it wasn't! On arrival we noticed straight away that the skirtings in the large hallway and the paintwork were very grubby. The fridge...more
We enjoyed our holiday very much. The home is lovely and comfortable and we had plenty or space for a family of 6 adults, 2 older children and a toddler. Only a stones throw from the long beach of Rhosneigr (not the Rhosneigr beach) and a 10 minute walk along the coast road into the centre of Rhosneigr- so perfect! Only slight issues were that the annexe works on underfloor heating, so took all the time we were there to get the rooms warm as it had been off prior to our arrival. No logs left for guests to use - seemed a bit mean given the rate and the master ensuite grouting needs a bit of at...more
The house was great for a multiple generation winter break! Well equipped, comfortable and great location! Smart TV in the front room would be an improvement but overall fantastic house, great garden and games room! Would definitely stay again.
Spacious apartment that makes excellent use of its single floor layout with a dining kitchen, bathroom/shower room, living room and three bedrooms. It is convenient for everything you might need on your stay, no more than a few minutes’ walk from a convenience store, chip shop, coffee shops and restaurants and within sight of the sea. If you are not driving there is a bus stop conveniently across the road. If you are driving you are only a few minutes away from the A55 which will give you rapid access to any where on the island as well as being only approximately 15 minutes from bigger shops i...more
A little problem when we arrived there were no lights and being dark was a bit daunting for us. We located fuse box and the fuse had tripped don’t know why but the large light over entrance wasn’t working. The rest of our stay was brilliant, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and hopefully stay again my self .
We enjoyed our stay at Bryn Lon and the accommodation and location worked well for our family and dog. We would return and stay again.
