We loved staying here, the apartment was cosy and comfortable, it had all the amenities you need for a break away, perfectly located in Rhosneigr. Cafes, Bars and restaurants all on the doorstep! We will be back!
I have just returned home from a fabulous site in Kit Cottage. It seems this cottage is a new addition to the cottage company, and a great addition. It was so great with the dogs to join the coast path straight outside of the door, and so many days I didn't use the car. The cottage had everything I needed, and the kitchenware, and appliances were top quality. It was a pleasure cooking there in the evening. The cottage was nice and warm, and cosy. The bed was very comfortable, and it was just an easy place to spend time. I will definitely return. It was my second trip to Anglese...more
We had a lovely stay at this house on our first family trip to Anglesey. Ty Wawr was very clean and comfortable and the small enclosed garden was good with having our dog, Chase. Benllech beach was our favourite spot with the kids as was Finney’s fish and chips at the end of the day. Thank you for a great stay, we’ll definitely be returning!
We had a great time, house and location perfect for a big group. Walking distance to o beach, cafes and restaurants
Super happy with our stay. Stunning accommodation in a very private side street. We were blessed with fantastic weather so took advantage of the outdoor space and BBQ too. We met the owner so were able to feed back directly which I'm happy about as they have done a wonderful job on this renovation. Beautiful bathrooms, powerful showers, comfy beds and sofas, choice of pillows (thanks!), great size TV. We WILL be back. The house is naturally very warm btw even when the heating isn't on. Rhosneigr has a wonderful beach for long walks and kite flying (for us), some great places for eating out an...more
When we arrived there was a little card and welcome basket with some lovely local produce, we found the shepherd's hut cosy clean and peaceful with fabulous views of the lake and beautiful sunsets. There was a beautiful big bed my wife said if she could pick it up and take it home she would as it was to die for comfort, the hot tub was amazing when we wasn't boiling ourselves lol. If I had to give and criticism it would be they could do with a little splashback for the hob and maybe swap the 2 armchairs for a 2seater recliner it would give extra space and even more comfort. Thank you so much f...more
We stayed here for a week, and it was bliss. We'd never been to wales before so didn't really know what to expect but The Hoot was a perfect start. The owners were lovely and friendly greeting us when we got there. Telling us about the area, as we were a bit clueless. The Hoot was perfectly clean and just what we needed - A cosy getaway!
We had a lovely stay at this property right in the heart of Rhosneigr, beach is two minutes away at the end of the cul de sac so really safe for the pooch. The village is 5 mins walk and everywhere is dog friendly so lots of nice food out too! The house is clean and tidy with everything you need. The lounge/kitch is upstairs to benefits from the breathtaking views of the bay. The main bedroom is also upstairs with two additional bedrooms downstairs. The television upstairs is only small and no accessible hdmi ports but luckily there was an additional tv downstairs that we could bring up. Ov...more
Fabulous property in a beautiful location. Amazing view from open plan area. It lacks a tumble dryer if you are a big family with children. The weather can be unpredictable, so drying washing outside is not always possible. I made a comment about the poor welcome pack compared to previous stays with Anglesey Holiday Lettings, my reply was somewhat rude. Not how I would treat a customer in any sector. The house is amazing, I highly recommend staying there.
We have had another great holiday in this comfy cottage. Great location, well equipped and superbly clean. Parking a bit of a challenge at times but we always managed to get on a street fairly near. We shall be back again next year.
Wow. What a truly stunning house. We did not want to leave. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It.is very spacious and close to the beach and all amenities. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were also fantastic and I was able to extend my holiday by an extra day with no issues.
A beautiful house in a stunning location near to the beach. Very convenient for shops, pubs and walks.I highly recommend it
We spent a great holiday in this property and we have been spoilt. Great location, great view , very warm and comfortable. Been on 3 floor is probably not ideal for older people with limited mobility but the stairs were quite shallow and easy to go up and down. Great place and will be on the short list for a return visit
It was great from the moment we booked with through detailed information to a superb cottage. Great facilities and space for our whole party to relax and enjoy Rhosneigr. Easy walking distance to the Oystercatcher and the beach. Would certainly use again. Thanks
Superb accommodation, bungalow had everything you needed for a lovely holiday. Stayed with son, wife and twins aged nearly 3 - loved the play room. Plenty to do in the area and even though the weather was mixed we found plenty to do to keep the little ones entertained - Sea Zoo and Nature World.
Absolutely lovely accommodation with good amenities and a secure garden in front for the dog.just next door was the laundry which was very handy with both a washer and dryer. I highly recommend this place as a good base for exploring Anglesey as it is just off the a55 which is extremely convenient.
Ty'r Mor was a perfect location for our first trip to Anglesey. The property is beautifully renovated, well equipped, spacious and was spotless on arrival. The views are stunning. We were straight onto the gorgeous beach or just a few minutes into the town with lots of appealing cafes etc.
We stayed here and it was great as very clean and tidy and modern and ideally placed at the centre of Rhosneigr. The only very minor negative is the lounge is very small probably due to the third bedroom created upstairs; however, on the flip side the kitchen / diner is large so if you like a party in the kitchen then this for you!
All good ,great welcome pack, spotlessly clean, all mod cons ,bed and televisions make it easy to relax, perfect for a walk with the dog down to lake or just a short ride to the beach, the bonus for me was watching the planes fly to and from valley airport, l am looking forward to going back in the not to distant future.
This is the second time we have stayed at Monfa and we’ll be back for a third in the near future! Beautiful property, very clean, great location. We had a lovely stay and didn’t want to go home!
Had a fab week away. Lovely house. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Love booking with Anglesey letting …. always good quality accommodation. Will keep coming back. See you soon.
Everything we expected and nothing we didn’t cottage was clean and tidy on arrival on the welcome pack well received. Communication with Anglesey Holiday letting dead excellent we will definitely be back. One small complaint was the lack of a wardrobe but not a problem really
We stayed at this property several years ago and loved it here. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is plenty of room at the property and the location of the house is in a peaceful setting. I don’t really have anything negative to say about this property other than a few minor things, it would be nice to have some blinds up at the patio doors/windows leading out onto the back garden. There is a small car park beyond the garden where the care home is situated and I felt blinds would have given the property some privacy from visitors to the care home, especially once it...more
It’s the second time we stayed in Fronallt. So good we booked again for next year. Everything you need in the house, great location close to all Rhosneiger amenities. Dog friendly. We
Just had another return stay at Chelford. We love the position of this property in terms of it being totally central to walking to the village centre. Local eateries, bars within a couple of mins either to The Oyster Catcher beach pub and restaurant or those in the village. Lake walk on your doorstep. 5 mins to the beach. The bungalow itself is lovely for us and our dog. Off street parking and a fully enclosed garden that is a sun trap all day. Very large conservatory at the back (which is where we tend to spend most time when not out) which can be fully opened up when sunny making a gorge...more
We have been coming to Rhosneigr for the last 5 years, some times twice a year and we wish we had found kittiwake cottage sooner. It’s extremely well presented and a superb position for all amenities. Extremely comfortable, home from home and we will be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience.
We arrived to a lovely property but no kindling & no firelighters so no way of making a fire but customer services told us where to get some from, also the log burner was not cleaned out, the fence post was broken and swaying in the wind and the hot tub did not look very clean so we did not use it and it also felt unsafe in the garden with the broken fence which broke even more with storm david. The bed was very comfy, the bedroom needs a small wardrobe, the cooker hood has one light bulb broken and the knobs were very loose and unsecure for the hob we did not use the dishwasher as that was ...more
A beautiful spot and excellent location for exploring Anglesey. Accommodation was exceptional, very well equipped. We had both sections of the barn which was good for the family, 3 generations, to spread out and have some space. The garden is good for the kids, swings were a bonus. (Need to upgrade the bbq). Lots of information available at the venue. A 5 minute drive to a large retail outlet, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, KFC etc. Everywhere seemed to be no more than 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
Booking process was excellent, staff at AHL were friendly and knowledgeable. House was lovely, spotlessly clean, nicely presented and location (just on the beach) was perfect. Will be looking to re-book!
Another great stay here. Great property in a fab location and love going to Rhosneigr. Will be booking again.
Pen Y Bryn is a great property in a fabulous location close to the beaches and village centre. It has everything you need and has a home from home vibe. I loved it so much that I extended my stay by 3 nights. I am back in Anglesey in May, sadly Pen Y Bryn is booked, but I hope to return there and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The stay was pleasant enough, but wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Property listing is misleading - it states it’s a king size bedroom, but the bed is a standard double (and very firm). Some condensation mould in the kitchen and bathroom. Heat pump takes a long time to heat the water up (but is very effective! The property was lovely and warm, but a bit difficult to control the temperature). We were staying for a week - not enough toilet roll was provided, nor enough washing up liquid (the washing up liquid wasn’t very effective anyway). 5 dishwasher tablets were provided, but the proper...more
A modern first floor flat with all amenities. Accommodation was just right for the four rooms f us but may have been tight for six with only the single bathroom. It was initially quite difficult to locate the property with no indication of where it was on the outside. Parking was fine with the second car being easy to leave on the streets fairly close. Everything worked well and was lovely and clean and access to the town and beach was super convenient. The real plus for us was the free golf, which we made the most of, playing four rounds in superb conditions.
We’ve just come home after our third stay at Faraway and - as always - wished we hadn’t had to leave. It is a stunning bungalow, situated a stones throw from the beautiful Rhosneigr beach and RAF valley runway. The town has all the amenities you could wish for and some lovely shops. It is hands down our favourite place to holiday in the UK and has become a family tradition to visit. I just wish we’d found it sooner! As always Anglesey Holiday Lettings were on hand to promptly deal with any questions / help needed. Thank you Anglesey Holiday Lettings and Faraway for another magical family ...more
A very cosy, spacious property with everything you need. Gated parking for two cars. Lovely private sunny outdoor area. Two minutes from the beach.
Lovely well equipped property in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Views are stunning and the house is very comfortable. Sainsbury’s delivery worked well and kitchen is very well equipped for keen cooks. Appliances are of excellent quality but the oven could do with a professional clean. Down sides: we found that the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t block out morning light so we woke early every day. Not a problem in March but could be during the summer. Visit to Anglesey salt was interesting and we enjoyed meals at The Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr.
Stones Throw is a gem of a place for a family or couples. Great location to both the beach and town. Living space is well thought out and very livable . Equipment us very good and there is everything you need. It's our second time and we are already thinking we will stay next year again. Only slight criticism is the coffee machine is a nespresso vertuo pods which are difficult to buy other than online....it's not a problem if known beforehand. Definitely recommended and grateful to have stayed..thankyou to you guys and the owners
Driftwood was a lovely clean and comfortable property. Situated centrally in Rhosneigr it was handy for everything. One little downside, it is classed as pet friendly and I can understand no pets upstairs but there is a lovely big rear living room with great views but no dogs allowed in there. So we were restricted to the open plan area at the front of the house. Did not spoil our stay but it would have been nice to relax in the bigger room of an evening.
Our 2nd stay at this property. It’s conveniently placed for the beach and a short walk to the village centre. All information provided by the agent was well presented and relevant. The property was as we remembered. Perfectly laid out for our group. The welcome bag was a nice touch.
Stayed as a couple and small dog. Watched the horizon at least 30 mins after sunset best view in the village(we think so) Weather was kinder than forecast allowing for enjoying the many walking routes around Rhosneigr. Also visited other locations for the first time. Great to return to a warm and comfortable property. Will be returning later in the year Thank you AHL.
A great stay, perfect location and lovely house over a windy weekend. Some snagging would be helpful as the vents all blew and tapped throughout the night which was annoying for adults and scary for the kids. Would have also loved basic shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms and the hand soap was watered down so flew out everywhere and spilled through our fingers. But other than that we loved it, have fell in love with Rhosneigr and the house was very special. Loved the extra thought for our our old dog as we made memories in what we think will be his last holiday.
The location and style of this property suited our needs perfectly. A weekend bolt hole to chill with family from near and far.
Small but perfectly formed. Apartment is great for a couple. Everything you need. Glad to see The Crown is open in Aberffraw if only for drinks and we were made very welcome. Café next door was open as well and food excellent. Weather was mixed but still places to see around Aberffraw.
We had a lovely time in Anglesey for a family celebration. It was a delight to visit old haunts , the island is a treat . Ty Feram was an ideal size, warm and cosy with comfortable beds for the large party although not without a few hiccups, sorted out by the management team. Also worth noting as no heating in the conservatory can’t be used in the depths of winter but still beautiful views . Also noted no welcome pack as in - info on appliances /heating/ etc .
We had a lovely time in tyarthur and it's warm and cosy . The staff are always more than helpful . So that's why we keep coming back
Lovely house great location with brilliant views A tumble dryer would be great and expected for the standard of house And some more cutely and plates and as when a large party can be tricky However definitely a house we love and will keep staying . Maybe not in the the summer as very expensive.
We had a pleasant stay at the property overall, and it suited our needs well. During our stay, the toaster failed and tripped the fuse. We reported this to the letting agency, and it was replaced immediately, which we appreciated. We also reported that the grill was not working, but to our knowledge this was not repaired during our stay. The kitchen crockery and appliances were generally adequate. However, the induction hob did not perform well when all four rings were in use at the same time. We were also surprised that some of the pots and pans provided were not suitable for use on the ind...more
Loved the dairy. Very clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely location. Dogfriendly. Would stay again
Great place facilities great desk 3 rooms en suite convenient to getting round Anglesey - loads to see and do. Every year we discover new places. Great addition to order beans. All Main supermarkets kn one site. Used to get all food etc delivered on eve if arrival till Morrison s let us down Christmas Eve says can bribe due. So no left us with nothing! Prefer go get order ourselves. It’s so convenient
Wonderful location with seaview. Just unpack, relax and enjoy the lifestyle this house offers. Watch the tides coming and going, or watch the aircraft at RAF valley. Short walk to beach and town. Important to us to have space, views, garden, parking and this house offers it all.
We have stayed many times in Niwl Y Mor, our favourite pet friendly property in Rhosneigr, we keep returning there for its perfect location and stunning sea views. The house is warm and welcoming, well equipped and spacious for the two of us with our dog. We have noticed subtle changes every time we return, the most recent is the newly refurbished downstairs shower room, nice but could have brighter lighting. The new sofa upstairs is smaller and not as comfortable as the old one. On a practical note, we feel that a shoe rack would be useful in the hallway or under the stairs and the microwav...more
We stayed at Minstrel Lodge over Easter. The house is in a wonderful location with views on one side to the mountains and views on the other side to the sea and RAF Valley. It was lovely to look out each day and see the waves from the sea, as well as the planes taking off and landing from the RAF base. The house itself is a bit tired in places but that’s to be expected with a holiday house. The only issue we really had is that the house wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty on arrival and the bed frame in the main room was very dusty (the sheets were clean). There was also hair and dirt aro...more
We have stayed at Ty Traeth many times over the past 7 years and last year it looked tired in places. This years visit the house was clearly updated and back to the standard we are used too. :) We will absolutely return again, this is a very special house to us, it’s a shame that in the spring and summer prices are extremely high so we do have to take the risk of going in the winter time with unpredictable weather.
Warm , comfortable well equipped house with everything you could need . We really enjoyed our short break and would highly recommend .
This cottage does all the important things right. Warm, comfortable, dog friendly (fenced off part of a lawn) and clean. It's unusual to not find fault. A couple of minor niggles, the older doors were almost impossible to close and the kitchen tap dripped, but nothing that spoils your stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was warm with a large shower. The double bed was of good quality and very comfortable, a good night's sleep every night. WiFi was slow, which meant the TV was slow to respond, but that's the local supply. Access from the road was simple, with a large driveway, ...more
The house was a perfect location for our stay, everybody had their own rooms to themselves and we enjoyed the break.
Another great stay in this excellent property. As many reviews state perfect location and very clean and warm. Not sure whether logs are now included? Previously we’ve had an initial load plus kindling. All the radiators were off on arrival so the property was very cold. It only takes a few hours to warm up so not a problem, we went for an amazing cliff top walk in the meantime. We will be booking again.
Our second visit to Rhos Colyn. Can t fault the apartment. Any one with mobility issues would struggle with the steep stairs.
Great location, appreciated welcome bag … House cold on arrival …. Put heating on soon warmed up …. A bag of logs would be appreciated….. In need of a little sprucing up …. Shower was very nice , instant hot water and power level good …. I always leave a property very clean and tidy but being asked to strip beds a little much …
We stayed at Cwalafila over Easter and it was both spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. Location close to beach, cafes and still quite private. Lovely property and great service from letting agent.
Having previously stayed last autumn we returned at Easter to this warm and spacious house near the lake. The house is well appointed and has good sized rooms and a great conservatory overlooking the lake, that survived attempts by Storm Dave to blow it away on our first couple of days! It’s a great location to explore all of Anglesey and, if you wanted to leave the car at home sometimes, you can walk straight from the house to the lake, into the small town centre, over to the Oystercatcher bar and restaurant and dunes and a little further to join the coastal path or access the beach. It’s a v...more
What a gorgeous house in a great location within walking distance to the beach and town of Rhosneiger. We couldn’t fault the house plenty of space for our family of 10. Gardens were beautiful for the children to play out in and plenty of different room to have your own space. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay
It must be good as we keep coming back! Very comfortable and great location for the whole island. Heating was a bit limited but the staff soon provided an extra heater for us. Have already booked again for next year.
We had a lovely short break in rhos neigr. The house was great and in a perfect location near the beach and high street. Thankyou.
The bungalow was so clean, very cosy and warm, as it was February when we stayed so a bit chilly. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was so comfortable, bed linen clean and fresh, loved the fluffy towels. Great parking. It was great having a washing machine in the laundry room. Llys Llewelyn kitchen bar on site had some delicious home made food well worth a visit. The pub was a couple of minutes away and also the post office with supplies if needed. Great walks. Loved our 10 days there.
Our second stay at Llys Llewellyn and we will definitely be back for a third and fourth a lovely cosy cottage to explore Anglesey
Lovely Apartment in an excellent location. Loved watching the sunset over the bay from there. Anglesey holiday lettings were excellent. Lovely welcome bag with all the essentials and their guest app is amazing, all the information for your stay in one place, a real bonus.
Fabulous house. Large, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Great facilities. Everyone enjoyed their stay including 3 dogs. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were quick and helpful responding to a request we made. Worth remembering. Unable to make mob. calls from property. We had problems booking a restaurant table on our last day.
The cottage was warm, comfortable and ideally situated for discovering the island. It was generally clean and well equipped but there were some very minor issues which I feel need attention… . three of the four cereal bowls were cracked and/or badly chipped . the vegetable peeler did not function . there was no potato masher . the cheese grater had not been washed after its last use . the kitchen waste bin was awkward to use and needed updating. The planning and management of my booking was first class. Thank you. It was a most enjoyable holiday.
The location was so great for us - access to beaches within minutes for morning walks and a stroll into town. The decor of the apartment was lovely - felt at home immediately. Really just what we were wishing for.
Cae Cloc is a great house in a fantastic position pretty much in the centre of Rhosneigr. House is well equipped and has a great outdoor space with a large patio and Astro turfed garden. The decking at the back of the garden gives a nice sunny seated area. Says it sleeps six (which it does if you include the bunk beds) but it would be a squeeze in the living area if there were four adults and two children. The mattresses in both the double bedrooms could do with an update or at least a new comfy topper. If you’re going for water sports there’s loads of room for your gear outside and there ...more
We have stayed with AHL many times, however, this property was below standard compared to other ones we have stayed in. The cleanliness was not of the normal high AHL standard we have come to expect. We were a party of 5 adults and a toddler so bedroom configuration was fine but the living area I would say seats 5 max so although the property sleeps 8 the seating area does not accommodate this number. Outside space was fine but the outdoor furniture is very worn . Location is excellent. Upstairs shower room needs some maintenance-shower grout needs a good clean and the ceiling above the s...more
On arrival oil was needed and came the following day, we settled in and we're pleased to see new sofas in the living area which recline and these were amazing. But the walls are still peeling and need freshening up in both lounge and bathroom. On the second day the downstairs toilet broke and needed fixing. Anglesey HL sent someone out but it couldn't be fixed fully without a part and was a pain as I didn't like using it for fear it worsening. They came back with part on day 4 of our stay and fixed it but it did kinda spoil things a bit. That being said this house is in a lovely spot for us as...more
Thank you for another lovely stay. Though weather worked against us, we finally got to see the spitfire take off for its onward journey. We stayed in Hafan on this occasion. Another great place. Spacious, very well decorated and appointed. Comfortable beds, with quality bedding. A stones throw from the beach. * Two small issues were; Walk in shower head needs to be fixed better and instructions for use ( cord pull etc ) would be helpful, and added to other instructions in folder. Main bathroom shower head moves around when in operation so would be good to resolve. Also, please add a ...more
We stayed for a week and it was perfect. Superb location, lovely and quiet. Will defo be staying again!
Dwylan is a brilliant house that worked well for our family. Good space with areas for a bit of quiet time too. Fantastic location being so close to the centre of the village, and a nice space to sit on the balcony in the sunshine. Garden decent size and being enclosed was great for our dog. Minor points to note would be the downstairs bed was a little uncomfortable and there’s not an awful lot of kitchen drawer items, enough but limited. Nothing that impacted our time too much though!
Lovely homely property with amenities close by . Stayed here many times and hope to do so in the future .
We stayed here for the weekend as 3 friends with 3 dogs and was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't be any better with the beach and sea at the end of the road. The house itself was well equipped with a lovely welcome pack. Having 3 bathrooms is definitely a bonus and we enjoyed the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. As we stayed in March we didn't really get to enjoy the garden but it would be great in warmer times. The beds were comfy and lovely thick towels provided. Lots of information provided prior to our stay with the app and also a booklet in the house. The only negativ...more
This is the third time we have stayed at Bron Wendon and love the location and the property. It has lovely views of the sea and is very convenient for walking the trails. The property is starting to look tired and in need of some redecorating in places considering the price. However it is warm and cozy and we would come back.
This is our 4/5th time staying at Porth Crigyll. We call it our family hub, for family meet ups and meeting friends. Porth Crigyll is in a fabulous spot, well placed and the village is 5 minutes away, with locals shops and cafes, restaurants. Pre book though to save disappointment We love our arrival, we are greeted with a very well maintained, spotless and welcoming house, the house is perfect for us. Space for three cars to park on the drive. A small cleaning package also tea, coffee and biscuits package for when you arrive to keep you going until you nip to the shops or have a Tesco d...more
We've been coming to Anglesey for years but this was our first stay at Little Nest. It is the perfect place to stay for 2 people. The apartment was immaculately clean, everything is brand new and well considered. The bed is the best we've ever slept in, missed it when we got home! Welcome packs are lovely and start of your stay with the necessities and more! Everything you néed to cook with is provided in the kitchen, we just had breakfast in the apartment. A short stroll to the beautiful Rhoscolyn beach and lots of coastal paths to explore. We ate and drank in the White Eagle pub, all excell...more
Visited twice now. Love the big secluded garden.ample parking. Not far from Treaddhur Bay. Will return.
Fabulous, immaculate, comfy house Suited all our needs Brilliant location Had everything we needed..
We visit lovely Rhosneigr regularly but our first stay at Marimar. Lovely bungalow in a great position close enough to the beach to be able to see the wind/ kite surfers from the window ( a bonus on our one stormy day). Well equipped , clean and very comfortable beds. Usual excellent service from Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Everything perfect despite booking at 48 hours notice.
We have been to Seascape a number of times and would like to return however there needs to be some decoration, it felt tired inside. Needs a bit more attention to detail. Inside cupboards and drawers in kitchen needed cleaning too.
It was a lovely property with a fabulous location but there is some tlc needed. We had to fix a leaky radiator and the kitchen tap also leaked. Someone had also started to decorate so done all the edges of the walls which was a bit random. Overall a lovely property though.
Morwennol was perfect for our multi generational family celebration weekend. Having the ground floor en suite bedroom was a little haven. Upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for two couples & three grandchildren. The master bedroom had a very special view of Rhosneigr beach & the sea - sunset was wonderful. Morwennol does need a bit of tlc as it’s looking a little tired in places. Would have appreciated the 5 bathrooms/loos having at least a toilet roll in each on arrival. The enclosed garden was perfect for little ones to safely run around in but our cocker spaniel did escape under the...more
We really enjoyed our stay here. We love Rhosneigr and always have a fab time no matter the weather. We enjoyed our stay at Bryn Awel Bach which has the signature Anglesey Lets styling. The flat is in a great location and was actually really quiet considering where it is on the high street. The property was clean and towels and bedding lovely and fresh. I would say though that the property could do with a little TLC. It’s obviously an old building that suffers from damp but I understand that’s a big job to fix. There are little bits of modernising that would help though, such as a new fridge ...more
Rhoscolyn remains one of our very favourite places to visit on Anglesey. This was our third stay above the White Eagle Pub, having stayed at both The Nest and The Little Nest on enjoyable previous visits. The Nest is in a great location and is spacious and clean, although, as highlighted after our previous stay, some of the decoration and furniture is looking tired and in need of a refresh. However, our stay on this occasion was marred by two significant events. Firstly, the lock on the front door got jammed at around 9:30pm on our first night, meaning that we couldn’t actually get...more
Excellent property, good value for money and great central location for the village and beach. Certain parts of the house could do with a refresh as they seemed quite dated. It would be good to see window restrcires on the uostairs childrens bedroom as there is no way to lock the window.
The views are fantastic. Fabulous view down to the sea from living room and twin bedroom. The accommodation is very spacious, large bathroom with shower. The living room was comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The seating area directly outside the apartment, was good, especially when the sun was shining, it was a sun trap. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.
Excellent location. Bedrooms were good. Bathroom was adequate but the shower was not great and the shower hose was dirty. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that was needed. The living area was ok but the sofa was grubby and not very relaxing as was the rug. I had to move the rug out of the way as it didn’t look clean and replaced it when we left. There were parking spaces at the front of the property and being allowed to use one of these would have helped as parking was a problem. I don’t think I would let a property that allows dogs to stay in again.9
