A brand new studio apartment within a short walk of the city centre. The property benefits from both parking and outdoor space.

I do not think they cleaned the whole apartment before I moved in. Pots and pans needs to be renewed

I was originally supposed to live in this apartment for a whole month, but ended up staying for one night. The closet (which was the main reason for why I chose this apartment for my stay) was clearly not cleaned, as it had loads of spider-webs and giant spiders. In addition to this, the pots I was going to use to boil my pasta-water was rusty, and so I couldn't use them. The new pan was totally fine, and I managed to boil some water there. Check-in was supposed to be at four (16.00) but I got a message before this, where I was informed that the apartment had been looked over, and was clean and ready for me to move in to. After actually moving in, I am not sure whether anyone actually went to the apartment to check it.

One of the pictures was quite misleading as to where the entrance to the apartment is. It does not have a table and chairs in front of it, as these are placed around the corner from this apartments front door. Through the window in this picture is where the apartment is, so you do have a view of these chairs and table. The door is situated right on the pavement, and it is quite noisy at night. It didn't feel safe at night, as you can hear people walking right outside your window. On one hand it did feel safer with two doors at the front, but it did take some time opening and locking them both, which on the other side made it so that many people walked by as I did this.

I am glad that I could put in my 7-days notice, but would have preferred to get all the money back from when I moved out, as the place didn't meet the standard or expectations I had.

The appartment is located at a busy noisy road, intrance door opens directly to the also busy pavement. The windows can not be opened, so there is no airing possible which is important for me - and think should be required in times of Corona! I tried to air it by leaving open the intrance door to the pavement for one hour. But I had a suffocating claustrophobic night. I had booked for three nights, but left after 1 night, because I simply couldn't stay there. There was no kindness or willingness by the agency to cancel these other two nights e.g. for a cleaning fee. So I stayed with the price for 3 nights - and I think, even the price for 1 night is not worth this.

The property is directly on a main road - the front door from the road puts you in the bed ( Studio). Because of that I felt it was over priced and should have been much cheaper considering I could have stayed in a central 4* hotel for the same price. On the positive side, it had parking and was in very good condition.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in studio 44 for a week and it’s the best week away I’ve had. Lovely apartment with all the necessary appliances and modern interior. Would recommend for anyone especially couples. 10/10!!

Studio location was good for us, just a short stroll into the centre. Studio was compact but perfect for us. Nice powerful shower. Only issues was the studio is located on a busy main road, not a problem generally but was woken early by loud traffic.



Good location but bring esr plugs!

The studio is well presented, clean and in a great location. Its small, but absolutely fine for a few days. Having parking so close to town is a great bonus.

Unfortunately the thing that lets this place down is the noise. The studio is on a busy road with lots of traffic throughout the night. The door doesn't seal well and let's lots of noise in. This makes it really hard to sleep. I even resorted to stuff the holrs around the door with newspaper to try and reduce the noise. I'd recommend bringing some ear plugs! Although the noise could easily be reduced if the owners added a seal around the door or a heavy curtain over the door.

The listing says the property has a patio area, but when we arrived it looks like the patio actually belongs to next door. We didn't have the need to use it, but I'm not sure we would have felt comfortable sitting out there anyway.

Overall I would recommend this place for short stays, just bring some ear plugs.
