An Excellent apartment only a few minutes walk to the city. Spotlessly clean. Had a lovely wake up call with the geese taken flight in the mornings. Loved the place.

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment that is just a 5 minute walk into York Centre. The apartment is very comfortable and finished to high standards. I can recommend it.

Excellent location and property. Thank you for the biscuits and other treats. Stays very responsive when we had a problem with key safe and called us back within 10 minutes (on a Sunday evening). Disappointed that we had to have a cold shower on the first morning as the water was cold, it was a large tank so it took a while to heat up the water Suggest that Stays checks that boiler is on before guests arrive, as not something we would check ourselves.

Stayed at Cocoa Suites 32 for a week with my friend while in York visiting family and Christmas Market. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, very comfortable and even decorated with a Christmas tree. Owners provided little extras like bread, milk, juice and some treats to welcome us, along with a lovely personal note. The location was perfect, less than ten minute walk into town. The only things missing that would have made the unit perfect were a hair dryer (we borrowed one) and a filter coffee press (there was an espresso machine but we made do with instant). We had a bit of trouble with heater in living room and also with washing machine but that was really due to our Canadian unfamiliarity with the appliances. I visit York a few times each year and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

enjoyed are stay but have problems with Hot water and heating. could not get the heaters to stay on and we had no hot water on the Saturday night when getting ready to go out for dinner. need more user friendly guides.

All the instructions received prior to arrival were clear and we had no issue making our way to the apartment. The Welcome package was very generous.... The bread is to die for! Cocoa suites apartments are located just 10 min. walk to the city centre. It is warm, cosy and beautifully decorated. The only minus is that there should be a microwave and some instructions on how to operate the very sophisticated heating system. Apart from that, we definitely recommend this great place for a visit in York!
