We enjoyed staying at Queen's Court again. Great location, well appointed apartment. Couple of maintenance issues but otherwise excellent. Deposit returned quickly

The apartment is very central, just 5-10 minute walk from the centre of York and right in the middle of all the tourist attractions. A Sainsbury's, cafes and takeaways are all just around the corner. It is easy to get to by car and you can park there in a secure area for the duration of your stay.

The property was spotless and we had everything we needed.

I have ranked customer service as "OK" because Stays York sent us the wrong access codes and we arrived on a Sunday when I suspect their office may have been closed. As the owner of the property had gotten in touch with me directly earlier in the day I was able to call her back to get the correct information. She was very helpful and also left lots of helpful information in the flat.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property.
