1 hour before arrival we was told the window had leaked .it was rotten and looked a mess there was scaffolding up to the window .blood stain on the quilt . The appartment was freezing cold even with the heating on full the raidiators were luke warm . It was uncomfortable been so cold we had to sleep with jumpers on

We also apologise for the cleanliness issue and for the heating not working properly, especially as we know how uncomfortable it must have been to be so cold.
