We visited the Ducales area as a family for the first time and were very pleased with our sea view suite and also the superb service provided. The staff in the Ducales area were always great - always accomodating individual breakfast requests, which were cooked to order, obtaining our preferred drinks, which were complimentary in the lounge area.

You are in danger of eating too much, as the Ducales area provides afternoon tea and early evening canopes daily and so we were pleased with our decision not to opt for the 3 course half board option.

In fact, we found the staff throughout the hotel to be excellent, without exception. Also, the restaurants were all good, offering a very good kids menu option. My tip is book late for dinner.

The Ducales area is perfectly tranquil and private, yet you still have complete access to the resorts facilities, which included an excellent kids club (free pony riding, canary experience....) where our children made several new friends.

We didn't venture out of the resort much.

A great holiday has to satisfy everyone and this did. We would return and reccomend the hotel.

Design holidays were also excellent.
