We stayed as a family of three over a week in April, whilst relatives stayed in The Roost at the same farm. A beautiful holiday cottage with all amenities one could wish for. The best part is the conservatory. There is no better place for the morning coffee or to read in the evening. The location is great, too. Only minutes to drive to Bempton Cliffs or Flamborough Head (both paradises for bird watchers!) and also very close to Bridlington. We can highly reocmmend this cottage!
This is a lovely property in a great setting. Very clean. Fab welcome hamper. Missed dishwasher first night,we found it by accident thought it was a false drawer handle. Single bed for me was okay but would have preferred made up as a double. The air became really dry in the night making me cough a bit so had to open the window slightly. The Barn Owl cam is great. Thrilled to see the female had just laid an egg one evening. We watched on camera, saw the male leave to hunt, went outside to sit and look at the night sky and happened to see the Owl on it's way! What a wonderful place to stay - CCTV owl cam included in a very comfortable, well equipped and attractive barn conversion. No distance at all from RSPB Bempton Cliffs with puffins and gannets galore as well as seals at Flamborough Head and many interesting Yorkshire towns like Bridlington, Filey and Beverley. We plan to return next year.

FANTASTIC STAY AT "THE CAKE HOUSE" BOTH BEDROOMS EN-SUITE OUR TEENAGE DAUGHTERS LOVED THERE ROOM OVERLOOKING OPEN FIELDS NO ONE ELSE THERE DURING OUR STAY AND FELT VERY SPECIAL. FULLY FITTED KITCHEN, FREE WIFI ETC. THANKS FOR THE MILK, BUTTER, MINERAL WATER AND JUICE IN THE FRIDGE FOR OUR ARRIVAL. TEA, COFFEE ALL INCLUDED THANK YOU, WE WILL BE BACK. One of the nicest places I have stayed. It was peaceful and beautifully presented and had everything I wanted - and amazingly they had an owl box with a live camera feed! What fun! I would love to visit again.
From initial contact to departure, everything was perfect at the Old Brewery. Flat is extremely well equipped, furnished and managed. It's location is hard to beat, everything you might want to see or visit within walking distance. A great company to deal with and a great place to stay.
We have been visiting Field House Farm once or twice a year for the last 16 years. It is like a second home for our family. The charming cottages, in an idyllic setting, are always spotless, cozy and well maintained, with the Foster family on site to help should there be any minor issues.
It was a bonus to have on site parking with this lovely property though once we had parked we went everywhere on foot! We were so close to the Shambles, Minster, shops and restaurants and enjoyed returning to our comfortable base. We hope to return.
A pleasant stay. Grandkids love staying here ask us to come back every year.we love staying at heritage escapes. Weather good for time of year didn’t stop us going out.kids loved Whitby and scarbrough fair.John Angela James Fiona are always very welcoming and friendly nothing to much trouble for them. We will be back next year already looking forward to it.
A wonderful few days staying in Turnip House. The accommodation was excellent, we did not eat in the property but certainly there was everything needed to do so. Extremely clean and well presented. I personally appreciated the clear information supplied by e mail before we arrived. We will certainly book again…

A superb barn conversion, very spacious for the four of us having a get together. Everything was excellent, no complaints at all!

This is the third time we have stayed at Field House Farm and we absolutely love it. The cottages are always so clean, cosy and comfortable and it is perfectly placed for Brid and Flamborough, with loads to do to keep the kids entertained. Will be back, again and again!
This is our 5th visit and was just as good as ever. Accomodation excellent as expected and we were blessed with sunshine. We had previously visited in autumn so it was lovely to see the farm and the local area this time of year. We will definitely be back soon!
