Stapeley has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four persons - one double bedroom with a king-size bed (which can accommodate a cot) and one twin bedroom. Stapeley has an open plan living area with kitchen/lounge/dining area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and handbasin.

The cottage had all the comforts necessary for a very relaxing holiday. Everything was clean and to hand. Contact with the owners was easy and helpful. We booked 3 other cottages and it proved a perfect place, the younger generation enjoyed the pool. We meanwhile, had a sheltered courtyard to sit and chat. We all enjoyed the weekend.

All of our children stayed at church farm for a family celebration. We had all of the cottages bar one everyone was very happy with their cottage. We had use of the walnut room which was great ,the pool and games room kept us entertained. The highlight of the stay was the farm tour ,Harriet was a fantastic guide and we witnessed a lamb born within 10 meters of use .
Bradford on Avon was a very interesting place .

We stayed here over New Years Eve, the cottage was clean and the main bedroom was lovely, the living space a little small for a family of 4 and the bedroom for the children (mine being teenagers) a little small and lacking some storage space.
The farm itself was wonderful, dog friendly with an enclosed space to let them out for a wee.
The pool was fabulous, I do think the games room needed some updating and maybe a pool table (which we thought it had).
We had a party in the function room new years eve and this was the perfect venue, it even had a small kitchen and sink area we could use abd and oven.
There was a lovely pub a few minutes walk away and a great place for breakfast and lunch with a farm shop close by too.
All in all a fabulous stay, we’d certainly come again.

We find the settees too low for us older people but I noted there was a new mattress on the single bed by the window~thank you! As usual everything else was spot on.spent too much money at the farm shop!!! Lots of lovely things. We did get 10% off our shopping but hadn't had a note to that effect~does it no longer apply? Hope to see you again soon. Pat Whitehouse

Very small cottages for the cost but very clean. Lovely pool area and was nice and quiet. Shame they allow dogs to stay as could have done without it barking whenever we went past.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Stapeley Cottage. The Cottage had everything we needed for the stay and was clean and comfortable. On arrival we had been provided with a tasty cream tea. The Games Room and Pool were a huge bonus and very useful to keep two little ones amused. I would definitely return and recommend this Farm Accommodation. There is a lot to see in the area if you are sight seeing. Finally the communication from the accommodation was prompt and helpful. Thank you. 5 *****

We had a lovely family weekend at CFCC , with excellent surroundings and helpful staff. Stapely was a sweet cottage .Great for family groups, cottages around the walled garden made a nice environment, pool was used a bit and function room perfect for our purposes.

We loved the cottage and the fact that there was a swimming pool. The cottage was quite small and could have done with a lick of paint but really enjoyed our stay.

We booked out all the cottages at Church Farm to accommodate a family and friends celebration weekend. There were several couples with youngsters and the availability of the pool was a real hit with all the children and some of their parents too. A great facility whether the weather is inclement or not. The games room was also well used, and we held a table tennis tournament for the adults.
All the cottages were very well equipped with good quality linen and kitchenware including a full set of sharp knives – something we rarely find in a rental property but certainly gets 10/10 from us. There is also a Smart TV in every cottage.
The space in front of the cottages is surrounded by hedgerows and gates, which is ideal, as the children could not inadvertently wander into the car park. It also provided a great communal space for everyone to enjoy socialising together. The owners lent us a gas BBQ which we made good use of, and we thank them for that.
We had the option to use the function room but happily the weather was relatively kind to us, and we did not need to decamp into this at all. However, it is a bonus to have it available if required.
We would certainly recommend this venue to anyone.

Great cottage and well appointed with all mod cons. Walking distance to local pub for evening dinners. Friends walked 7 miles into Bath along the towpath whilst we hopped on the D1 bus with our bus passes for a great day exploring this lovely city. Also enjoyable visits to Bradford on Avon, Lacock and White Horse at Westbury. Good place for exploring Wilts. Swimming pool was used daily! Will come again.

We enjoyed our Easter stay in stapely cottage.
Cottage is clean and comfortable although small living space for 4 of us. We really enjoyed the lambing and lovely warm swimming pool. The location is excellent with beautiful countryside on the doorstep and close to Bath and Bradford Upon Avon. We loved staying on the farm near the sheep and baby lambs.

It was a lovely place to stay for 3 families. Loved having the pool and table tennis. Great location for visiting the local area and lovely pub in the village. The session on the lambs was a highlight.

The cottage was small but had everything we needed for a short stay. We joined a tour of the farm and learned a lot about lambs being born. It was one of the highlights of the stay.

A lovely few days, our two granddaughters really enjoyed the swimming pool and our walks around Winsley and Bradford on Avon. A very interesting and pretty town with plenty to see.

Stayed with family for a surprise 16th birthday for our son, booking this cottage, Lime Kiln & Vellum Stone. All cottages were lovely and had everything you needed. It was great to have the games room, although the boys were disappointed the pool table was broken. The swimming pool was brilliant and we had the absolute best times. Becky was so helpful in getting everything sorted & we all thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend. We'll definitely be back!

We have stayed at Stapeley Cottage a few times and love the location. The single bed near the window needs a new mattress. We also find the chairs and settee rather low~we are not as able as we once were. The owners are kind and evident. The cottage is convenient for Monkton Combe where my parents are buried and it is easy to get to Bath.We hope to return .
