Arriving at our chosen location in Selsey we were confronted with a traveller's encampment across the road to the property, on contacting Charlotte at Henry Adams Holidays on their emergency mobile number, she sprang into action to find us alternative accommodation, we selected Kalami at Bracklesham Bay, was a great choice - thanks Charlotte. As there were only two of us with our two dogs, we rattled around in there, the most comfortable double bed we have ever had on holiday, the property and its contents are good quality. Only two minutes' walk to the beach, which at low tide our dogs loved. The village of East Wittering is like stepping back in time, with a butcher a baker and possibly even a candle stick maker. Splits the bakers did the best cakes ever. This property would be great for a larger group, the reason I gave it 4* for location was the fact there was a limited number of dog walks we could find, so spent most non seaside walks at Memberry Nature Reserve, As an earlier contributor has said it would be nice if it had a visitors' book for tips. The house is in a great location for the beach and lovely surrounding areas. The property suited us for the week but there were a few things that could have been addressed as they have been raised in other reviews. The garden was unkempt front and back with a number ants nests and weeds. The front gate was falling apart in 2 places. The property inside was fine apart from the twin bedroom where both beds were incredibly uncomfortable with one making noise every time you moved and one where the springs appear to be making a noise when you turn over! A curtain over the patio door at night time would be an improvement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our first visit to this area. We did however need to contact Barnie your representative on two occasions with electrical problems, which were solved by his advice on the telephone and by the visit of a plumber. Both calls were dealt with promptly and efficiently. It would be nice to have blinds or curtains at the patio doors to close at night time, but the back garden is not overlooked. The back garden was very pleasant for relaxing during the hot weather. No criticism, but you had to step up over the bottom of the front door and a bigger step down into the back garden, which was a problem for one of our party incapacitated with a bad knee. We are only mentioning this for future hirers with similar problems.

Kalami is a lovely bungalow in a great location. Brilliant for the beach & local restaurant. Comfy beds and all the essentials provided. We had a great holiday.
Our only improvement would be an upgraded TV with teenagers being able to access our Netflix/YouTube in the evening and a new microwave the coating inside is coming off. Minor improvements it's a great holiday let.

The house was delightfully furnished, spotlessly clean with all the facilities and utilities needed for a lovely holiday. It is close to the beach so an easy walk for a 3 year old. Excellent all round, we had a great week.

Booked very last minute and was so happy with the bungalow. It was steps away from the beach where we enjoyed some lovely long walks. The bungalow was very spacious and clean. Would definitely book again.

We Renyard Kalami for 5 weeks whilst a house purchase went through in the same road. The house was great and allowed us to continue life as normal. Great location and well presented. For a long stay there was a serious lack of clothes hanging space (none) but if staying for a holiday the place is great. My mum has booked for next year!

We stayed at this property last year and it was in very very good condition this year it was not so !! A little tired may be !! We were very disappointed with the cooking trays/ oven/ dishwasher and the plates and the glasses they were discusting we had to clean the oven out go and bye a dishwasher cleaner and put that through wash the plates and glasses before we used them the trays and dishes were un cleanable !! not what you want when you turn up for a 4day holiday break !! The bungalow is ideally situated by the sea close to everything so providing the vendors sorted the cleaning side out I would recommend it !!! Apart from that we had a nice time !!

This was our second year at Kalami . Bungalow is in ideal position and is very well equipped . Close to beach and Billy’s on the Beach . We discovered way to walk to East Wittering this year without going all way on pebbles ! Teenage grandchildren love it so it must be good . Only thing I would say is the garden furniture has seen better days and perhaps s visitors book so people could let others know where nearby pubs / shops etc are such as Tesco Express in East Wittering .

We had a lovely weekend at Kalami. The property has been recently renovated and is very well presented. It's location is also fantastic, just one road back from the beach.
In terms of constructive feedback (and while the weather wasn't good enough for us to use it!), it would have been nice if the law had been mown and the garden tidied. Other than that, just great.
Really enjoyed our stay. Well situated. Bungalow well thought out. Plenty of cooking equipment

This newly refurbished cottage is very close to the beach and has everything that you would expect. Great restaurant and fish and chips / shops very close. Good hot water, wifi, and well equipped kitchen.
Snug and unfussy, a good base for the many attractions in this area, we did birdwatching, fossil hunting, saw the roman mosaics at Fishborne and the world speed record planes at Tangmere as well as wandering around Chichester. All within 30 minutes.

The accommodation was clean and reasonable comfortable. The owners could probably provide a few more utensils in the kitchen like a water jug and a few more large bowls for family eating. Advertised as dog friendly so maybe poop bags and food bowls on site would have been great. Extra pillows available for bedrooms 2 & 3 would have made the stay a little more comfortable. There was also a few unfinished tiles in the kitchen, bulbs out, draws broken under bunk bed and a chemical smell in the main bedroom. As a suggestion provide some milk and sugar with the tea and coffee (provided) for that welcome cuppa on arrival. Just a few little things to be improved upon - other than that a nice place to stay.

A lovely bungalow and not far from the beach . Our only real grip was that the 2single beds (where my husband and I slept )were most uncomfortable , and only 1 pillow each .
