A quiet and perfect cottage where dogs are allowed.
And some good pubs with good food very nearby.
We would love to come back here in the future.

Nice cottage. Has everything you want or need.

We had a lovely time at the cottage. It is nestled in the English countryside, and wonderfully quiet. It was clean, well-equipped, and the garden at the back was great for summer barbecues. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much peacefull and a much needed rest.
All necessary equipment there you did not need anything else ie; washing machine and a dryer plenty to cook on a Home from Home, would highly recommend .
DEB PETER very helpful they did not mind contacting them for any reason .

Although we loved the location of West Mount Cottage and the welcome pack was very thoughtful, the 2 most crucial items in this property were sadly lacking. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (my husband suffers with a bad back and was in agony by the middle of our stay), and no relief could be found on the sofas as they also lacked any support whatsoever. No dishcloth (I bought one), mop and bucket, broom, vacuum or toilet brush were provided so any cleaning was almost impossible. I would suggest the beds and sofas be replaced to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests and more facilities be provided.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you found Westmount Cottage uncomfortable but very pleased you enjoyed the location. I will pass your feedback to the owners of the property and certainly make sure the cleaning equipment is added. We have not had reports of the beds or sofa being uncomfortable before but this will certainly be taken into consideration and checked. I do hope this does not put you off from booking in future. Have a lovely rest of your summer.

Everyone with whom we came in contact was professional. The location, the owners, the animals could not have been more delightful. I highly recommend West Mount Farm.
