Pleasant cottage overlooking the tidal mill pond at Emsworth, frontage faces setting sun.
Kitchen appliances and utensils excellent.
Bathroom shower a bit Heath-Robinson, could be.improved.
Garden path up to parking space needs cutting back to avoid the thorns.
Emsworth is ideal venue for hostelries and restaurants- plenty of choice for both. Enjoyable stay.
