Lovely accommodation for a family just a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering you really couldn't be better placed to enjoy this stunning coastline.

Practical and pleasant cottage. We all enjoyed our stay. It was warm! Important for out of season stays. One snag was that we didn't find the heating instructions at first as in unusual position on wall behind kitchen door.
Further from the beach than expected. It's actually 25mins of rather dull walk or you have to drive and pay £7. But there are pleasant short walks on footpaths very close and one of them does give access to the beach - slightly further than going down the road but a better bit of beach for swimming.

We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Sand Dunes! It's wonderful that you found the cottage practical and cozy and had some luck with this british weather and got to enjoy the sun! We're sorry about the confusion with the heating instructions – we'll definitely look into making them more visible for future guests. As for the beach, we understand it was a bit further than expected, but we're happy you found some nice footpaths nearby for shorter walks. Just to note, it's only a 15-minute walk to the beautiful West Wittering Beach from the cottage. We hope you had a fantastic time exploring the area and enjoying the beach, and we can't wait to have you back again soon!
