We enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree Cottage.
We received a warm welcome from the owners on arrival. The cottage was very comfortable and warm. The bedroom was very large with lovely ensuite bathroom.
The lounge and kitchen were well equipped, we could easily prepare any food we required. The Bulls Head opposite is a must if you don't want to cook. We enjoyed a meal there, it was not expensive and the staff were friendly.
There was a small private seating area which looked like a sun trap, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it.
The cottage is close to many interesting places to visit and you can easily access beaches too. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return again.

The Bulls Head sounds like a gem for dining out, and it's great that you found the kitchen well-equipped too. It's a shame you didn't get to enjoy the private seating area, but maybe next time! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our short holiday at the Palm Tree Annexe n Fishbourne. It is well located for our interests including walking and visiting Chichester. The hosts were helpful and the location is provided with plenty of literature about the local area etc.

I would rather not tell you how amazing this annex is because you will book it and won't be free when we need to book it. If you want quiet, comfort and a safe off road parking space - this is where you need to be. We live in the Netherlands and needed to be in England for family emergencys - It would have all been harder to cope with without this amazing space. You would be nuts not to book it, but I would rather you phoned me first LOL Tim & Sarah are great hoasts - its just simply a lovely place to stay!

We stayed for a week in the annexe to Palm Tree Cottage, and it was gorgeous ! The accommodation is spacious, bright and most elegant, with a lovely mixture of old & new furniture, which makes it very homely. The king-size bed is magnificent, and the bathroom better than you would find in a 5-star hotel, with quality towels and a marvellous shower. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and the only thing missing is a freezer. Although the cottage is located on a busy road, the annexe is at the rear of the owners' home, and is fairly quiet. The cottage is in a good location, and is only half-an-hour's walk from the centre of Chichester. The owners, Sarah & Tim were lovely, and helpful if needed. We had a most relaxing week, and would whole-heartedly recommend that you stay here !!
