This 3 bed self-catering apartment is located in the idyllic village of Letterfrack. WIFI. In the heart of Connemara National Park. Close to Kylemore Abbey. A stroll to Shops, vibrant restaurants and bars. A short drive to local sandy beaches, this property is the ideal getaway for families and friends.

Basic apartment. 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, sofas, TV and WiFi. All clean.
It is functional. There is everything one needs in the kitchen, fridge and freezer and a washing machine and dryer. Useful to know - there is a cafetiere, vegetable peeler, frying pan and saucepans among other things in the kitchen.
Disappointments for us - considering the price that we paid for the apartment which is not dissimilar to hotel prices, to them have to pay for the electric on top of that price is difficult to consider. That said, it cost us 10e for two nights for the electricity and we had used the dryer and washing machine.
None of the sockets in bedroom one worked and the bath sealant and tiles are in need of a good scrub. I do not appreciate having to shower in a mouldy bathtub for the price I paid to stay in the apartment.
All in all it was perfectly functional but disappointing when considering the price.

The water heating system is completely obsolete and there is not enough warm water during the day
The beds are in poor condition, and cause us sore backs.
The couches are so old that they loose their skin on the floor.

Dear Guest Thank you for your review and feedback. However, we are extremely disappointed at some of the comments you have made in your review. We pride ourselves on good customer service as you can see from all positive reviews here, and on many other booking channels.The instructions for using the heating and water are in the apartment. Had you an issue during your 7 night stay there is an office and an onsite manager you could have contacted at any stage they would have been more than happy to assist you. I note you made no contact with ourselves, the office at the complex or the site manager at any stage during your 7 night stay giving us no chance to rectify any issues you had to put right for the duration of your stay. We are sorry that you felt the need to write such harsh review of the property, but we expect that future guests will take note all of the other positive reviews and high scores.

Great apartment in stunning location and v reasonably priced. Have booked through Love Connemara before and will do so again!
