fantastic house,super clean and comfortable,we only used the main bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. the views from the house are amazing.the shower has good power and the wifi is excellent.the kitchen is large and very spacious with everything you need. if you want to get away from it all for some peace and relaxation this is the place. thanks for hosting us catriona and see you in the spring. lez & karen.
Our host , Catriona, was extremely helpful providing useful information prior to our arrival and made us most welcome when we arrived. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and with all necessary amenities.... indeed it was so cosy we immediately felt at home. The views are stunning and everchanging with the weather and different light conditions. There is plenty of scope for exploring the outdoors. The nearest shops/petrol station are around 20 miles away and the last 10 miles to the accommodation are on a single track road with passing places but we did not find this a problem d...more
What a view!!! We saw all kinds of wildlife, although we saw less squirrels than we hoped for... Staying for two weeks were a bit long for us, because everything worth visiting is a long ride. Who knows, we might come back, just for the views
We spent a fantastic week at the Stable for Christmas and New year. We had great communication with the hosts and there was everything we needed at the property. It was good value for money and the location was superb. It was comfortable and well located to explore the area.
