Set in a quiet village, just outside of Whitstable and Canterbury, Droveway House is a beautifully designed five bedroom home offering spacious, sociable living, private driveway parking and a large, securely fenced garden. You can walk to Whitstable easily. It is perfect for families and friends looking for a quiet and relaxing base. The house sleeps up to nine guests, across five good size bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms featuring roll-top baths and modern walk in showers. The kitchen/ dining room is the hub of the house and is a cook's dream, centred around a large island and range cooker, with the space and layout to make preparing meals feel easy and sociable. Whether it’s slow breakfasts at the island, cooking together in the evenings, or opening the doors out to the garden on warmer days, it’s a room that naturally brings everyone together. The sitting room is a fabulous contemporary space, with a wood-burning stove set within exposed brick and comfortable sofas to sink into. In the daytime, light filters in from the garden, bringing the outdoors in. Throughout the house, carefully chosen artwork and beautifully styled interiors make the house feel genuinely welcoming. A separate utility room provides practical storage space for families. Outside, the private garden becomes an extension of the home. It is fully enclosed, offering a safe space for children to play and plenty of room for outdoor dining and afternoons in the sun. A front garden with gated access adds an extra sense of privacy and space. Perfectly positioned for exploring North Kent, you’re within easy reach of Whitstable’s beaches, seafood and independent charm, as well as the historic cathedral city of Canterbury with its shops and cultural attractions. Whether you’re planning days out or simply settling in, this is a home that makes both feel equally appealing. Your four legged friend is very welcome too.

Beautiful house in lovely and very quiet area. Perfect for a big family group with young children, especially in summer with the doors open and using the garden. House well equipped and nice complimentary touches like sparkling wine. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We had a few issues with hot water tap (needed resetting), stovetop (hidden on / off switch with no instructions) and wifi (guidance was to request it) all of which could have been resolved with quicker customer service from Keepers / more instructions in the house manual. Didn’t detract from our a lovely overal stay.
