Latest Review - January 2017

We stayed at the Longhouse over Christmas and it was perfect. A couple of storms were due (which disrupted the ferry crossings to the island), but Linda was very helpful, allowing us to travel a couple of days earlier to avoid the travel disruption. The house is lovely - comfortable, modern & warm throughout - and because it's Linda's Holiday home, it is furnished to a high standard. You won't be disappointed. Anne, the housekeeper was great - pointing out where we could meet Father Christmas :-), and helping us at the height of the storm (when the power went off across the island temporarily...more
