Great place to stay staff and accommodation are great . Love my holidays there every year. The staff are old friends and will do anything to help if needed
Chestnut Cottages gave me exactly the quiet break I needed. The place is clean, cosy and well equipped, with calm countryside views right outside the door. The location makes it easy to explore nearby villages and walking routes, yet it still feels private and relaxing. A comfortable, peaceful stay that I’d happily return to.
Me and my partner enjoyed our 3 day stay at swallow cottage in Skegness Chestnut farm it was peaceful and will be returning again to try out Conker Cottage.
Walnut is a lovely cottage and our second stay there. Booking was done over the phone as I was going on the same day but made so easy. The cottage is really comfortable and clean. It has everything that you need for your stay. There is a lovely enclosed garden so our dog was able to happily wander in and out. Chestnuts is in a lovely setting and so close to everything that you may need.
We stayed in Holly this weekend. What a beautiful cottage. Very clean, comfortable, and lovely and quiet, a smashing little bolt hole. We will definitely be back. We’ve stayed before in two other Cottages with friends. None of which disappointed. Just heaven.

We absolutely loved it here. Visited out of season. short walk into village with nice pubs. Lovely walks and the animals on the farm are lovely, especially the goat. It was spotless. So comfortable and well equipped. I will be returning again in the future.
We had a great stay and communication with the host was excellent. It was a really good location, only a 10 minute drive from the beach. Everything was clean and well looked after and had everything you could possibly need.
The cottage met our needs perfectly as we could make meals when we needed in the well equipped kitchen and relax in the comfortable living room area. The shower room in this cottage was equipped with grab rail either side of the toilet and in the shower tray there is also a seat. I found these adaptions really useful as I have mobility issues. We had two bedrooms but only required the one as there were only two of us. Lovely cottage and surroundings but the constant amount of flies inside would put me off returning .
We really enjoyed our short break at the Barn. It was lovely and spacious and warm - which was needed during February half-term! Dawn was wonderful and let the kids feed the animals a couple of times and look for eggs. It was too rainy to make us want to explore the trail but the surrounding countryside looked very nice. It was just a short drive to Skegness and Gunby Hall, which were nice trips out. Would definitely recommend.
