A really well equipped modern house which was perfect for our family gathering. Everything was provided including dairy products.
We were really pleased that we chose this place.

Great weekend with family and we loved everything about the house. Warm, comfy and very clean. Could do with a bin in the kitchen

Want to take your team away to replenish and reinspire? Yeo Valley HQ has wonderful conferencing facilities and delicious dining options in addition to fantastic accommodation. I booked both Coombe Lodge and Heronmere.

I ran a burnout retreat for 10 professionals here during the autumn and the care we received was fantastic. Highly recommend.

The flat was clean and nicely decorated with a little kitchen area. The owner had left tea, coffee, milk and yogurts to use, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there are sloping ceilings throughout the property, making it difficult to walk around comfortably without banging one’s head. We are not tall people so anyone on the tall side would have a problem. The bathroom is tiny and doesn’t have a stand up shower, only a bath with a shower attachment. Getting in and out of it would be very difficult for older people, especially with the ceiling sloping on one side. It’s in a lovely quiet secluded area about a mile from Blagdon. There’s a long narrow unlit gravel lane to the property with sharp pointed rocks cemented in along both sides and also down the drive to the property, so care should be taken when driving along at night.

Thank you for your review. I would like to highlight that 'The Snug' where you booked to stay is a small annex within a larger property, Coombe Barn. The Snug doesn’t reflect the rest of the property which can host a further 6 guests comfortably with a large comfy family lounge, modern kitchen, large utility room, en-suite & family bathrooms, a bright conservatory full of flowers a table tennis table in the garage and a cinema room. Regarding the driveway, there are some stones running along the grass verge at the side of a short track to the property, which guides guests to a reasonably wide (double gated) tarmac driveway.
