The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Harbour Lets were very understanding and helpful during the booking process and helped to ensure that we were not charged doubly by booking.com after an issue with payment. The location was great for proximity to the town amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here, we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was very nice and helped to visit friends and family. I enjoyed being back in Gourock where I was brought up.

Good location if visiting Inerclyde hospital.
Plenty of choice for somewhere to eat.
Unfortunately the light on the stairs was not operating at the time of our stay.

We will definitely be back here. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The food in the restaurant is excellent to highly recommend the breakfast

Was due to stay one night here, but didn't.

The location was ok, with two parking spaces to the front of the property.

The inside was clean and easy to access with good instructions from the agent.

The room was a good size, with a brand new shower room fitted. Some tv noise was audible from the party staying in the nearby room.

I didn't stay overnight in the end, due to the awful mattress on the bed. I weigh 64kgs and when I sat on the bed, the mattress flattened so much that I could feel the divan frame underneath me. If the mattress was upgraded i'm sure it would have been a pleasant stay.

Text the number provided to me by the letting agent, to inform them that I wouldn't be staying in the property after being up to the room and wasn't asked why or if they could assist. Just, "ok, thanks for letting me know".
