With private parking, you can take advantage of our prime location, opposite ramped access to Sewerby Cliffs, North Beach, Promenades and coffee shops.

After a day exploring our stunning coastline you can relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves lap up on the beach.

Our fully tiled wet-rooms with suction grab rails and shower chair mean you will be comfortable throughout your stay.

Up to two pets are welcome to stay with each booking.

Our eyes widen when we went in side ,it was so open plan,bedrooms where nice and relaxing,the stay was to short for use we loved it that much ,you where seconds away from the beach and nearly everything was on the door step for ,couldn’t fault it ,would love to stay again

We stayed two nights with family who have limited mobility and this apartment was a great choice for us.

It is exactly as the photos show, clean, spacious with beautiful sea views.

We got two cars parked on the allocated space in front and used the free & paid parking for the third car.

The only feedback my parents & aunt had were it could do with some hooks or hanger in the bedrooms & accessible shower room to hang things on and small bin in the bedrooms.

It is step free, with a ramp going up to the front door, and the doors are wide enough for mobility aids/wheelchair. There’s a shower chair in the accessible wet room.

Superb apartment overlooking the north bay with calming views from the main living/dining room and the good size balcony. Comfortable clean modern spacious apartment throughout. Dog friendly with an all year round dog friendly beach across the road as well as a vast open grassland area five minutes walk away to let your four legged family member to run free. (There are also four other apartments with the same superb views available for non dog families). A ten minute sea front walk to the town centre or hop on the land train. Brilliant service and assistance if required from Jamie and Terri. Highly recommended.

Thank you to Jamie and the team once again we had a lovely stay with our two dogs ,the weather could of been better but it didn’t stop us , the dogs loved their train rides and lovely long walks and also welcomed into some lovely restaurants along the way with the dogs , we will be back again see you again soon

Superb views over the sea this apartment block is ideally located to relax and take in the view of the whole bay wether sat on the balconies or seated inside.The apartments are modern clean and comfortable with two of the six apartments dog friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very good for guests with low mobility with disabled access wet room and easy access to the very flat promenade, great for mobility scooter whiich can be charged inside in the hallway too.

This beautiful apartment, and rightly so, very accommodating apartment, ticks all the relevant boxes, for wheelchair and disabled users. If you have a dog, that too is welcome.
It has the benefit, of unspoiled location of sea views, and surrounding coastline, from its own private balcony,
It provides private parking on site,
The accessibility of a flat entrance into the property is perfect.
Just inside to the left is a fully accessible wet room, with chair, shower, toilet, sink,splash back mirror, with a sensor light. and heated towel rail.
It has a very large lounge with well furnished kitchen.
Three lovely bedrooms of which two are double and the other a twin,
One of the doubles has en suite and television.
Well worth the money. cos us Yorkshire folk love value for money.
The manager and his wife whom are both exceptional respondees where my daughters needs are concerned. Both very polite, happy ,and totally dedicated to providing the maximum service to ensuring every detail of comfort is available.

Brilliant standard of accommodation, the design was very well thought out. It was great having the balcony, being able to hear the sea when it was quiet. Lots of facilities nearby, fish and chips, ice cream. The Ransdale Hotel did a lovely Sunday roast. The Beaconsfield Hotel has a great outdoor area with TV screen to watch live football. Land train accessible or a walk into the town centre. Great Leisure Centre for swimming, clip n climb, good cafe. Would definitely stay at Seaside Escapes again.

Stunning clean comfy and superior quality apartments situated with superb views looking over the north shore and bay. We stayed in the 3 bedroom pet friendly apartment where you and your pet have the all round dog friendly beach across the road and open fields with pleasant cliff top walks all the way up to sewerby. Also only a short seafront walk into Bridlington centre.Highly recommended and the owner Jamie and staff are extremely helpful and always available for local information.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely brilliant we have had a lovely break and my puppy was on his best behaviour for his first holiday ,we couldn’t of got any better accommodation and Jamie was so lovely and welcoming and very helpful on arrival and easy to contact by phone we will definitely book again thankyou .

The apartment was brilliant, it has everything we needed and it was laid out beautifully. The addition of the balcony was brilliant and safe for our little dog.
The location was great and had some brilliant walks on the doorstep, the beach was literally across the road, the private parking was a real bonus.
We will definitely be back again.

It was a lovely stay, a fabulous position with great views. Our ground floor apartment was very spacious, but I did feel that it needed additional heating as it was a very large open plan room. It would have also been helpful to have an information pack left in the apartment.

Important to be warm and comfortable this was not possible due to the heating system not giving what was required for the winter months so maybe one to avoid in colder weather
