Jamie and the staff are very pleasant, helpful and polite. The apartment is in a brilliant location overlooking the sea with nothing blocking the view. Spacious living/dining room, bedroom and shower room. Everything that we needed was provided.
On a personal note, the only negative that we had was that the bed was too soft and bouncy for us, but not everyone prefers a firm mattress.

We’ve stayed in Apartment 2 a few times and have always enjoyed our time there.

We experienced a situation which I emailed the company about afterwards so I don’t need to go into it on here as it didn’t really spoil our stay.

The mattress is getting quite uncomfortable so would suggest perhaps the owners look to replace it and some of the exterior paint work is looking a little tired. I appreciate the exterior is open to the elements!

However, none of the above mentioned really affect what a wonderful place this is to stay. Stunning views across the bay and easy access to all amenities.

This is a lovely apartment with a splendid sea view. It is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious . We had a week of excellent weather and it was lovely to sit on the balcony, enjoying the view. Booking on line was easy and we were contacted with all the information we needed as our holiday approached. The overall impression was that nothing was too much trouble to make our holiday enjoyable.
As we are quite elderly, I’m 80 and my husband is 90 (with Altzheimers and mobility issues ) we found threshold into the apartment tricky and would have found a shower chair helpful but this is no reflection, at all, on the accommodation, just the way things are as you age!!
All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend this apartment if you are looking for the ideal seafront accommodation for two in Bridlington.

This is our 3rd stay here ,highly recommended . Great view of the bay fully equipped ,very comfortable bed looking forward to our next visit in April for my 70th birthday ,friendly staff if any problems their just a phone call away .Booking is very simple and straightforward ,as stated before looking forward to our 4th stay and hopefully many more

We had a lovely stay here. They changed us to apt 3 as they said the bathroom was warmer - great customer service. The balcony was great and we had lovely views and sunrises. Parking was perfect outside the door. Location perfect and price great. Could do with a hand rail in the shower and a welcome booklet telling you what to do with rubbish and telling you there is a fire alarm test (for those who do self check in especially). We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in this apartment for a few years now and the standard has not changed at all.We had a problem with the wi fi this year but it was temporary and delt with as you expect.Already booked for next year with great difficulty because of demand. Enjoy it very much.

Another lovely stay in a Bridlington Bay apartment! You get regular booking updates from the team, pre-visit, and they are on time and on hand throughout the stay. We've stayed in apartment 2 twice now, and it's always clean and well presented (lovely, comfortable bed and pillows!). It has a great view of the sea/north beach, near to all the local facilities, with the added bonus of free on-road parking. We've stayed in different apartments run by Jaimie and the family over many years and we're never disappointed. Thanks, again, for a wonderful, relaxing holiday!

Been coming to Bridlington bay apartments for quite a few years now and always stay in apartment 2, The location is great for nice walks about 5 minute walk into town with many shops and cafes, the views from the apartment is brilliant you can watch the fishing boats going out and if lucky might see the Dolphins. I would highly recommend staying here it's so clean and peaceful

First time stay will not be the last .complete view of Brid bay, close to all amenities.apartment itself is clean modern and well equipped for your stay .arrived early and was met at the property .The bed very comfortable, good size shower with nice hot water .perfect for an out of season chill out break, looking forward to returning for Summer if availability allows if not at the back end of the season

The apartment was very quiet and peaceful a great base for exploring up and down the bay on foot !

Apartment 2 was fantastic clean tidy bathroom large bedroom large bed lovely and comfortable .room overlooking the sea was great adequate kitchen sofa not very comfortable needed a little armchair and the water was not very hot but on the whole would highly recommend these apartments couple of tweaks and would be perfect

We stayed in Apartment Two. What a great property in a fabulous location with stunning sea views & balcony.
The overall cleanliness was good and it’s a well equipped place.
It’s all about the view from the front of the property.
There are so many positives to this apartment.
A couple of things to be mindful of - the exterior steps are a bit uneven and the step from the balcony into the property is also a little uneven.
If you manage to park outside don’t move your car.
I would highly recommend and hope to come back next year.

Lovely well equipped comfy apartment, very close to the beach and sea. A very short walk to the fairground and shops along the promenade and close to a Cookhouse Pub for meals. Even though it is close to the sea it is very quiet when inside the apartment. Parking right outside the apartment and a parking permit is supplied.

This is our second stay in this apartment and it won't be the last. The apartment is clean, comfortable and close enough for the amenities but far enough away to be quiet. The view is fantastic.
The only thing the apartment is lacking is a shaving mirror and some coat hooks near the door.

Had a week in apartment 2 and was really happy. Nice apartment, has all the facilities I needed. Minor issue, suggest you add a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. But otherwise a really nice place - not sure about the big signs outside but hey the balcony and view were great.
