We have stayed at Jamie's Stuarts apartments for many years and found them all comfortable especially the ones with a sea view. We had the disability one this year it as no sea view. No steps and excellent for a pushchair and rollator which we required this year. Hope to book next year.

Myself and my family had a lovely stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy, with plenty of space for my kids. Everything that we needed was there.

The only thing that let it down was another apartment set the fire alarm off twice but was quickly sorted out.

Thank you guys for an amazing holiday, we can't wait to come back again in may.

The apartment was perfect for everyone,telly too high hard to watch without a stiff neck . The ramp leading from the road very tight round the corner’s,got stuck in gravel twice needed assistance to get out, needs coverage. Did not look forward to going in or out having to use chair lot of stress if access was improved I would be back in a flash

The apartment 1 was in a great location everything was just a short walk away it was very clean and spacious, there was 6 of us and the apartment still felt spacious there were towels for each of us and tea , coffee and milk on arrival parking directly outside the apartment and will highly recommend Bridlington Bay Apartments and would stay again

Had a wonderful stay at number 1, the disabled accessible apartment. The apartment has everything you need when self catering, is easy accessible, with a huge wet room and is very spacious throughout. Located on a lovely quiet street just across from the sea, just what the Dr ordered for a peaceful holiday.

As prices go up a lot for the Brid soul Weekender only given a 4 but most of the year really cheap so would then have given 5 stars

This is classed as disabled but I have to disagree the ramp access is very poor we hired a scooterbut couldn't get itin and out as ramp poor. The door to go in the apartment had a big drain and broken concrete step to get into building this proved extremely difficult for my wheelchair bound father. The doorways in apartment are all blocked by something be it the sofas or the wardrobe in bedroom. The only disabled thing about it was the bathroom.the sofas are way too low for any disabled person . It was all very nicely decorated and clean and tidy but just not fit for a wheelchair bound person.

Im very sorry to read such a poor review for your stay. We have previously cancelled two of your bookings with us without charge given your circumstances, and lost money that we should have claimed. Im afraid we do not agree with your review scores, or comments. The ramp to the apartment is regulation gradient and width. There is a small step into the apartment which is necessary to stop rain water running into the apartment. Doorways in the property are 900mm wide, as required for wheelchair access. There is lots of space to move the sofas in the lounge area as required.
