My Husband and I decided on a last minute getaway, and have seen Beaconsfield Apartments on a few occasions we have been to Bridlington. We went online and found Beaconsfield had our dates we wanted so booked it straight away.Very reasonable prices. From the moment we booked they kept in contact letting us know what we had to do . On arrival we were met by 2 lovely members of staff. One making sure we got our parking permit and the second showing us to our apartment and taking the Balance of our money.Apartment was amazing, views stunning. Just what we needed for the perfect relaxing break

I booked this for my brother and it must be his 15th year visiting Beaconsfield apartments. To be fair all previous occasions have been great but this time it was booked for 5 nights over Xmas and the bathroom had no heating, no provision for extra heat or repair was made during this time, this made the stay very uncomfortable when using the bathroom facilities and shower. At any time you would expect some remedial action to be taken but certainly when paying premium pricing. A very disappointing stay with no communication or apology received, despite sending a private message to them.

Im sorry to see that you have left us such a low review score for your stay with us. We did call to look at the heater after you reported it to us, which was found to be faulty. After discussing this with you, you said that it wasn't a problem for you. Being an internal bathroom, it doesn't usually get too cold. We said that we would do our best to replace the heater, but unfortunately we didn't have anyone available to fit it, due to the time of year. If you had let us know that it had later become an issue for you, we could have offered you a different apartment for the remainder of your stay. We consider our pricing to be reasonable. We believe £420 for an apartment sleeping 4 guests for 5 nights to be a fair price during the Christmas holidays, given our location and excellent sea views.

I was met on arrival at the flat, which had views out to sea and also along the promenade. Located up stairs on the second floor, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, light and spacious. It has a kitchen equipped for most needs. I enjoyed my time and would happily return.

Among small points which could be easily remedied, the flat lacked a tea and a coffee pot. It also lacked a chopping board and the cutting knives were blunt and bendy.
