Sleeping four guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its kitchen and sitting area lead out onto one of the largest balconies in the area, offering extraordinary views over Bridlington's South Beach. The lounge has sea views and a 43" Smart TV with dining for four guests. The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with power shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and sea views. The tiled family bathroom also has a shower.

Apartment 6 was very clean upon arrival, the balcony is lovely and would definitely return.
It's a 5 minutes walk to the harbour/2 minutes to Bridlington Spa and 10 minutes to the train station.

All excellent apart from the very squeaky beds
On site parking is a big bonus as are the sea view big balconies. We will definitely be back

Had another lovey break in this fab apartment. The place smelt beautiful &
fresh as we entered. It was wonderful to see little extra touches like the soap & body wash supplied in the bathrooms & that the wobbly table of our last visit had been rectified
The parking spot i for this apartment is around the back unless you are able to get parked by the side of the road, but Jamie allowed us to to use a vacant apartments parking spot on the side which was so conveinent, very helpful, and very much appreciated so a big thank you for that!! It made things o much easier & knowing we could easily get parked after nipping out, & about in the car, was such a relief. We will be back.

Very clean and tidy on arrival
A very peaceful stay with no noise and perfect location. For 2 people it’s really spacious and the views are brilliant !
Just a few points please …
We could hardly watch the TV all week due to very bad pixelation … so had to rely on the apps, but not ideal when you just want to watch other things. We didn’t say anything as only there 5 days so just did without it
Baking trays really need replacing .. we bought foil to cover them so we could use them more than once
Perhaps supply champagne flutes
Kitchen roll would be good and a decent sponge for cleaning dishes .. the very thin piece of scourer doesn’t do the crockery any good and will soon scratch the surfaces
Just small things but for price paid was a bit disappointing
Main issue was … last year we had 2 lovely comfortable sunbeds on our balcony which we were really looking forward too as weather forecast was good and a bit of a decider in coming again
However disappointed only to find only one badly broken sunbed in the corner with bird muck all over it ?
So all we had to sit on when on the balcony were the dining chairs which weren’t the comfiest for sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine

However we’d still recommend the apartment and would come again as the advantages outweigh and the issues we had are easily fixable

Thank you for your review, Im sorry to hear that the TV was misbehaving during your stay - we would have been able to look at this for you had you brought it to our attention, im glad to hear that you found the TV's smart apps to use instead, like Iplayer and Netflix. We do replace cookware regularly as they don't last long. I will see that apartment 6's baking trays are replaced this week. We provide a jay cloth, green scourer and tea towel for washing pots, or you can use the integrated dishwasher. Unfortunately the sun loungers you mention are breaking too regularly to keep replacing them, we are trying to source a more robust lounger to use instead. In the meantime the balcony still has a Ratan table and 4 chairs with seat cushions, and a hanging egg chair which is fabulous to relax in.

Just returned after a lovely stay
Everything was perfect, beautiful view from the balcony
Only 2 faults were it would have helped to get the parking instructions before and also the garden furniture needed a good clean , appreciate the seagulls
Otherwise a perfect place to stay and will be returning

5* Great apartment, enjoyed our stay. Going back in May our 3rd stay at these apartments.

Amazing view from the apartment, and the balcony was a great sun trap!
There is a lift inside the property which is an added bonus.. although if you have mobility concerns you still have to climb the outside steps for this apartment!
There were dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid / cloth and a tea towel provided along with hand soap and towels for the showers.
Parking in late September has been really easy on the street and there is a parking space set aside for one car per apartment.
Jamie had great customer service and always called me back if he initially missed my call.
Overall a great stay in a great location.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week in apartment number 6. The apartment is very comfortable, easy to be in and has a large balcony which as painters, has provided the perfect location for our easels to paint the gorgeous sea views. As the balcony is covered, we even managed to paint in torrential rain!

We did have a few problems with Freeview on the TV. There are no BBC channels and the screen is pixelated. We used iplayer and the other streaming channels to watch live tv. Hilariously, we didn’t think we had a dishwasher until we discovered it on our last day! I did think it was odd that dishwasher tablets were available. The door to the dishwasher is a bit stiff and we thought it was just a blank cupboard . Never mind, a few pots to wash was no great chore.

Overall, one of the best apartments I have used for a holiday. We appreciated Jamie coming over to show us how to access our car parking space around the back of the building. Would definitely return.

Excellent apartment, perfectly situated. Spotlessly clean, well equipped.
Only downside parking for this apartment is at the back of the building, down a very narrow lane, would return but would be trying to find alternative parking.

3rd time staying here, & was great as it always has been except for 2 things......
1.
Each apartment as an allocated parking space for so.e reason ours is located around the back of the property. Now generally you can park on the roadside at the front of the property, but after a busy day out sightseeing in the car there was no space to park on the front so went to park round the back. Alas I realised I didn't have a key for the back door into the apartments and the door was locked. So had to walk right round which wasn't a major issue as I didn't have any luggage to carry but my mum 84 was tired & struggled a little. I tried to access the backdoor from the front to ser if I could unlock but that was locked too & again no key supplied. Fortunately I managed to get parked at the front to load the car to came home.
2. On departure the instructions were to empty all waste bins & deposit in the dustbins at the back of the property. No key so didn't fancy walking all the way around the streets to the back with the rubbish so left bagged up in the apartment ready fir cleaners to deal with.
As we were leaving we saw a lady from another apartment taking her rubbish down on the left....she said there was a key in the lobby for the bins.... we didn't see a key, & didn't have any information about a key in the paperwork emailed to us

Third time stopping here in apartment 6, fabulous apartment with plenty of room and the balcony is fantastic, perfect location, a five minute walk and you're on the harbour and literally 2 minutes from the spa, we won't stay anywhere else when we visit bridlington.

This place is worth the money just for the view, lovely big balcony overlooking the beach, a lovely place just to sit and watch the world go by, the place itself was spacious and well furnished again just a perfect place to chill out after being out all day, the lift was a bonus as my dad has mobility issues. We'll definitely be back soon.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed in Apt 6. It's best feature is the 20 foot balcony which overlooks the beach and the lifeboat station, and gets the sun from early morning to around 2pm. There are 10 steps into the building, then a lift to all floors. Each apartment has its own parking space and, after 5pm, there is usually free parking right outside the entrance. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Jamie and his team are very attentive and keen to provide good service. We will return soon.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the beach in Bridlington. Absolutely massive rooms with fantastic showers and big kitchen space. Great for families and entertaining. Also has a massive balcony where you can sit and admire the views. Short walk to the town centre, seconds walk from the beach itself. The owner was really communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment which we have stayed in twice before. We were met by Jamie, manager, who helped with luggage and showed us up to the apartment. Good off road parking. Fantastic balcony and sea view. Really good value for money. We will be back!

Met owner on arrival absolutely lovely helpful etc , Clean apartment everything u need is there. Beds are clean bathrooms are spotless. Highly recommend would stay again well worth the money.

The husband and I stayed for a short Christmas break, it was lovely, the apartment was clean and well maintained, it was in perfect walking distant of Bridlington town centre, it was a very relaxing and unwinding break , hopefully going back this Christmas and new year, or a summer break.
