We found this lovely place when we were searching for something out of the main tourist areas. Boy, did we hit the jack-pot! This place is beautiful and quiet, so we were able to really rest after each day trip. Since this flat is just below the owner, we didn't have to ever worry about noisy neighbors! Plus that, it's close enough to drive to many places for day trips, including Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and St. Andrews. We visited many castles that were all an hour or less away! We had a fantastic stay at the farm house. Plenty of room for our large family group. Catering facilities and outdoor space are absolutely amazing. Staff were very friendly and the welcome hamper and short farm tour were amazing lovely little extra touches. We will definitely return to this house.
The location for our needs was ideal. The property layout, decor and comfort touches have been well-thought through. The service is second-to-none. And, the welcome basket and farm walks were unexpected added treats. Thank you Solsgirth Home Farm for a wonderful stay. We will return!
