Lovley location the hotel next door pop in for drink are if you fancy not cooking the breakfast and meals are lovley also Tesco express,fish chip shop chicken takeaway and bakery all in few minutes the cottage was was few minutes walk to beach and bus stop right out side runs every half hr
Very well equipped property . We had difficulty using the oven the first time but once we had read the manual it was more straightforward. The fridge was a good size for the food we had brought along with us. The lounge was very spacious and comfortable seating. Large tv for catching up with the England ladies matches. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen as well as an air fryer and Tassimo coffee machine. Bedrooms good size .Beds really comfortable with quality bedding. Great location, close to the centre and facilities, very clean and tidy also warm and comfortable. Great for walking into Filey either cliff top or beach, would definitely stay again.
Excellent instructions allowed us to arrive on time to find a peaceful holiday environment. After parking we easily found the key safe and opened the French doors to find a beautiful clean house with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you We would love to come again

We had a brilliant stay, the flat was perfect for our needs. It was spotless clean and we found it to be comfortable and cosy. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, it’s extremely well equipped. Excellent WiFi. Parking just outside. It’s well located in the complex, close to the pub and leisure facilities. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be staying there again.

The property is equipped with everything needed to ensure your holiday is as perfect as possible ,everything in the property is virtually brand new , the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and both are ensuite, a comfortable lounge with large TV which both my wife and myself being old technophobe had difficulty in operating , perhaps a simplified instruction would help us old dears cope with modern televisions . In all qe had a very enjoyable stay which we hope to repeat very soon.
Had a fabulous stay at the Life of Filey. Great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Grandchildren were able to play safely on the well maintained open grass area to the rear of the property. Great place for kids and adults alike. Great value for money. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

We spent a short weekend break at the lovely Wren Cottage at The Bay Filey. A well furnished detached cottage with comfy beds, an ensuite and some lovely personal touches. The log burner was an added bonus in November. The heating was easy to operate. We enjoyed some lovely local walks with our dog and found the site relaxing and well looked after. Would definitely return to explore more of the area.
A lovely cottage which was just what we needed. Looks out onto a green area at the back so the kids can play out. This was actually cheaper than a caravan for the same period which was a Haven hideaway. Here you have a leisure pass included so you can go swimming without booking or having to pay extra for it.
We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays
This was our 3rd time at Aubergine over the last 3 years. It is a lovely, comfortable house that suits us as my elderly father can use the downstairs bedroom and toilet which is nearby. There is a family bathroom upstairs and an en-suite to the double room. It is very comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need and there is a really nice welcome Box with t.bags, coffee, biscuits, coffee etc. Can recommend this house on The Bay as it's a nice quiet area too.

Excellent holiday home in superb location beautiful views of the sea and sunrise! Very well equipped kitchen, 2 ovens to cope with cooking for 9. Beds very comfortable but the sofa bed for children only is in the lounge so not suitable for young children who need a quiet place to get to sleep. Was fine for our 12 year old. ( I mixed up the description with another house and thought the sofa bed was in the large bedroom) we used the swimming pool a few times and this was great, life guard in attendance at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lobster Pot Beach House. It was a lovely lodge with everything you could possibly need for a break away. It is located in an ideal spot on the park, close to the leisure facilities, pub, arcade and shop and just a short walk down to the beach. We will definitely return in the future.
We had a great stay. The house had everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment etc. It was spotless. The location is perfect, near the beach path and onsite facilities which is ideal. The sea views from the master bedroom are an added bonus. If we had one niggle it was that the beds in the second room are a little uncomfortable for adults but would be fine for kids but this didnt hinder in any way. We absolutely loved everything about Anchor Bay. The house was perfect, immaculate throughout with everything you could need or want during your stay. Comfortable sofa's and beds, warm and cosy a real home from home. The location was wonderful, just 6 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach from the house, veiw's were perfect. The pub on site was great to pop into while out walking our dog it had a great atmosphere. The pool, suna and steam room was a real added bonus. Cannot fault the stay at Anchor Bay Village and can't wait to return. Thank you.
We had a wonderful time at Blue Anchor House - absolutely nothing to complain about and to be honest none of us wanted to go home at the end of the stay. All the facilities were perfect and we loved being able to use the leisure centre and it was awesome being so close to the beach, one of the best on the coast in my opinion. We would definitely recommend and would book Blue Anchor House again
High Tide Cottage at The Bay is perfectly located for us. The house was very clean, spacious, a lovely welcome pack with tea, milk and cookies etc. we booked through Anchor Bay Holidays and have done before, the communication is good. We caught the bus to Scarborough, bus stop just outside The Bay. You can walk along the beach to Filey and other places. Will definitely be staying there again.
I understand that some people might not abide by the rules of the house but I found the number of texts reminding me of rules very intrusive when I’m supposed to be on holiday that includes being on holiday from my phone
We really enjoyed our stay at the Seascape Apartment at The Bay, Filey. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The communications from Anchor Bay Holidays was also excellent. The location of the apartment on the site is very good. The location of The Bay is also excellent as a base for visiting Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. There are some excellent local restaurants in the area, that are much better and cheaper than the onsite pub. The only criticism, which isn’t the fault of the apartment is the swimming pool. Lovely bank holiday weekend stay. It’s my second time at shell cottage. Easy booking and checking in with great information received prior to arrival. My only niggle was that the airfryer was left dirty from a previous guest and appreciate it says that the cleaners are not responsible for this I do think this should be checked. The addition of the larger fridge freezer this year was great. My only recommendation would be if there were a few more larger baking trays available (for pizzas and such like) but overall a lovely stay and a lovely little house. Would stay again. A lovely place to stay- accommodation clean and comfortable ample kitchen utensils even a hoover(. Necessary in a pet friendly accommodation) very peaceful location. Large bedrooms with en-suites. Short walk to the beach which is dog friendly through the site. Had a lovely week away. Good communications through email- text by the host even after our holiday.
We enjoyed a week here for half term. The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely consider this property again for our next trip to Filey!
We have visited The Bay many times but our first time staying in a beach hut. We wasn't disappointed. The lodge was beautiful. It was clean and comfy. It was beautifully maintained.The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and all the crockery was new and plentiful. Absolutely lovely home and decorated well. Plenty of options for seating in the lounge, either for everyone to gather together or separate chairs for a quiet read. Loved the games cupboard, plenty of options for an evenings entertainment. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to make anything from a cuppa or to cook a full Sunday roast. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. It was great to sit on the outdoor furniture with a glass of wine in the evening. All 3 generations of our party had a great time.
Lovely 4 night stay here, very clean and had everything we needed, Beds were very comfortable, parking on the front for two cars was very tight but we managed ii. The previous person had stayed signed into Netflix and locked the screen so unfortunately we weren’t able to use our account on there in the evening Overall a lovely stay and would return.
Decided to have a short weekend break and looked at the BAY site checked out a few offers and Decided on the STARFISH SHACK, directions given were a bit sparse but after going to reception we found the place,we were very pleased with the place,all we required was there,although fully fitted we didn't use the kitchen because we ate out and we will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.All good with no problems. Just back from a few days away staying at The lighthouse property, was a great base for us to go out each day to the local areas, and each night walk the dog on the beach. Will definitely look to book again in same or similar property in Anchor Bay
This was our sixth stay at the Bay in the last 12 years. Previously we’ve stayed in larger properties as all our family came.This time it was myself, my wife and two friends. And I have to say what a little gem we found in Ocean Cove! Very clean , tidy and well presented after a renovation in 2024.A lovely open plan kitchen ,diner ,lounge, and two good size en suite bedrooms. Very well located at the bottom end of the bay, so handy to get the fantastic beach and the John Paul Jones pub as well. I have stayed at the Bay on many occasions. This is by far the best property I have visited. Decorated to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and a perfect location. Really good value for money compared to the lodge accommodation which in my opinion is not as nice or as comfortable. I hope to return soon and can highly recommend.
We love visiting Filey out of season to walk on the beach with our dog and Bliss on the Bay provided everything we needed for our short stay (& everything we would need for a longer stay too). It was modern, clean & attractively furnished and decorated. The pass for the gym and swimming pool at The Bay was provided and there is a shop and an excellent pub within the complex. The access to the beach is very steep (a little treacherous) so good footwear is essential (a longer alternative route is available).
We found the property extremely well presented, comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. Neutral decor and attention to detail very good. Good location. The only negative being that the property is advertised as 3 bed 3 bath when in fact there are only 2 bathrooms plus an additional downstairs toilet. That said this did not detract from us having an enjoyable stay. If you can go outside of school holidays the price drops considerably. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
There was 4 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely weekend at Dragonfly Cottage. It is situated on the first road as you enter the site. It has great size bedrooms with 2 double and twin bedrooms also bunk beds with a single. All Very clean. The kitchen is a good size with two fridges. Which is very handy. The lounge is probably the only thing I would say is slightly small for the furniture but the three settee's are needed for the amount of people it sleeps. We have stayed at Honeybee Cottage before and at the Bay several times so the children feel at home immediately. The cottage is ideally placed and is well stocked with everything you need for a great break.

We have used ABH before and there systems/process is excellent and easy to follow which makes the break more enjoyable.The cottage is in a great location close to all the amenities and was ideal for couples or a small family. A small wish would be facility for a BBQ stand which is available on other properties other than that everything was great thank you and we look forward to using you again
Pastures Lodge is a big well equipped lovely holiday home. Great for a large family. Well placed on The Bay at Filey
The Tidal Shack is situated close to the fabulous filey beach and makes a perfect base for visits to the many attractions of the Yorkshire coastline. The cottage is well presented, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We couldn't get the shower in the bathroom to work or the bedroom TV (possibly needs a new battery in the remote), but other than that it was a very nice place to spend a few days. It was our second visit and we hope to visit again next year.
On the whole a lovely short stay.the microwave needs replacing. it's very rusty.not functioning properly and we had to buy a jug..

A beautiful location with all the home comforts you need to have a peaceful and relaxing break. Our two dogs loved the walks around the meadows and we loved the views whilst having our morning cuppa. The Lodge is well maintained and very clean and when we arrived it was lovely and warm, so we settled in straight away. There was everything we needed in the Lodge and the shop was just a short walk away for anything else we required. Cottage was great inside but the outside let it down a bit The furniture outside was very dirty and unusable, which was a shame as we were there on a lovely weekend and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside with a glass of wine. Also the small aree of grass belonging to the cottage needed cutting Inside , it has everything you could possibly need. Is spacious, clean and tidy
Very clean inside, beds were extremely comfortable, difficult to seat 4 adults comfortably on the sofa and chair provided. The chair was fine but the sofa seemed a little small for 3 adults, we were practically sat on each other. Would suit couple or family with small kids better than 4 adults. The previous holidaymakers had left 2 used disposable bbqs that hadn’t been removed so we had to dispose of them.
Nothing sinister but the shower in ensuite, nowhere to hold ur toiletries, sticky dining room table and no mop, needed to mop floor had to get down on hands and knees.
We have been for many years and location is ideal for us for visiting various places An Air fryer would be handy

We stayed in Filey bay for 3 nights from 5 th of June. We stayed in the New England cottage the cottage was lovely very clean and comfortable. My elderly mum was with us and the downstairs bedroom was ideal for her .All rooms beautifully furnished spacious and with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The outside area and bbq are a bonus. We stayed 4 nights in Britannia House with family and grandchildren. The downstairs open plan layout was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms were great for our needs. Location very handy just a few minutes walk to the pool, gym, shop arcade and pub. The path to the beach took around 5 minutes which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
We were initially staying at Admirals Cottage for 4 nights but due to the weather and how good the property was Anthony from ABH was able to quickly accommodate us for an extra night. The property is ideal for a small family although the extra single bed in the 2nd bedroom would probably be better suited being a sofa bed. Awesome media wall, excellent WiFi and everything you needed in the kitchen although we ate out every night in the pub. Super £1 kids deal made all the difference and food was v.good. We will definitely be using ABH again and their communications are excellent.
The cottage is lovely and located in a quiet part of the bay. It is very well equipped with things that make your stay easier - kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning products, hair dryers, iron, umbrellas, games etc. Only thing missing is a storage caddy within the en suite shower enclosure. Amenities at the bay such as the pool, bar, cafe and shop are only a short walk away. Nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to get to.
The cottage was lovely and spacious, comfy beds and a well equip kitchen. There were a couple of things that could have been checked and improved such as the cleanliness of the downstairs toilet, empty salt and pepper pots and no hand wash in any bathroom which is not something i expect to pack for a weekend away. also we couldn't find the TV remote for the twin bedroom. not the owners fault but on site the EV chargers weren't working and half the arcade machines didn't work either.

The accommodation was excellent and the house was very well equipped. The size of the property was impressive and our party of 4 adults 2 children and the 2 dogs never felt under each other's feet.
We have just spent 3 nights at Meadow View and would thoroughly recommend it. We've stayed at a few other properties at The Bay and we all agreed that this was the best one. The house is spacious with three good size bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open plan living space that is really well designed for family living. Can’t fault the house. Well presented plenty of room and full facilities. The Bay is a fantastic venue and the access to the Beach is wonderful, particularly as we got great weather. My 3 Grandkids had a fantastic time using the indoor swimming pool. My dog had a fine old time as well! The nearby parking was very busy at times so first come first served basis.
Stayed here 3 times so that says it all really, if i had to choose a downside, it would be the sofa is very uncomfortable but apart from that everything else was spot on
Great location and in a good position with two parking spaces. It has good onsite amenities and the surrounding areas are clean and tidy. However the house needs a good deep clean. Dust, cob webs and dog hairs very apparent. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. There was no handwash in the bathrooms or kitchen area and only one toilet roll. No basic condiments in the kitchen and a very basic welcome pack. In all the properties we have previously stayed in over many years this has been standard practice especially since Covid. We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous property and even tho the weather was appalling we had so much space it was a pleasure just enjoying this. It would be even lovelier in good weather as the balcony had a lovely sunny outlook. Would definitely recommend to large families.
Ace Grace place was great for what we needed. It had all the facilities in the house that make a stay easier (dishwasher, washing machine etc). The house was clean and comfortable and was spacious enough to easily accommodate six of us. Parking is only a minor annoyance as they are not dedicated so you need to find one close by... but there are plenty.

Cottage was perfect for a short break as a family with the dog. Great location, so close to the beach and a clifftop walk. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a few nights away. Good to be able to use the pool too.
Whilst this was not the property we booked,we were very happy with the house,lovely position,clean and comfortable. Everything we could need was available. Our only disappointment really is the late check in.especially in the winter months these late check in times meant we are left waiting all day to get into the property it is practically night ,the cleaners were late,they said it was because the previous people had left the property quite dirty,but they didn’t actually start to clean the property while after two.
