Another excellent stay, right in the heart of Keswick and with beautiful views towards Catbells and the Coledale valley. A king size bed, but alas the bed linen doesn’t fit the bed, so every morning we woke up and the corners had pinged off. Also the sink tap in the bathroom still doesn’t turn off unless you give it a really hard turn so it has a tendency to drip. It’s a shame as I mentioned it last year and it would only take a few quid to fix. However, I am nit picking. This is a fabulous apartment with all mod cons and is a bargain. This was our second visit and won’t be the last.
the flat had 2 bathroom and dedrooms which excellent the kitchen stocked with all you need. We brought our own air fryer the location from big victorian window was over the fells and marvellous. close to all shops keswick great pleace with so many things around it
Overall we loved our stay. As someone who is disabled, I appreciated the walk in shower and the non-stick mat that was provided. The front door step would have been tricky for me, but we had brought a half-step with us which made it accessible. Everything inside is all on the same level, which makes it ideal for me. The front porch was a great place to sit, relax, and read a book. The single bed on which I slept was a good height and had a firm mattress so that I was able to get out of bed easily (which hasn’t always been the case in other places.)
