We absolutely loved the stay So perfect for all the family The beds all so comfy Great areas to relax and to entertain 20 peeps for Christmas.( family came for the day) Minor complaints no iron we did send a message No soap in bathrooms I highly recommend the houses the views the walks and the pool a great plus
The Old Stables was perfect for our multi generation family weekend away. The flexibility of the sleeping arrangements allowed everyone to have the space they needed. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was nicely furnished. We particularly liked the size and arrangement of the kitchen, which was great for family cooking of the meals and the cleaning up afterwards. The outdoor space was great for the children to run around in and the location, immersed in the green, had breath taking views. The pool is really great and you can book a slot so it is just you and your guests using it. It was so lovely and clean we used it everyday which was a real treat. It was sweltering when we stayed and we had some lovely fans which kept us cool. The grounds are large but also shared with the other properties. The bedrooms are of generous size and there was plenty of space for everyone. Perfect for teens that wish to watch something different or have their own space. The location is lovely and we took trips into Bristol and Bath, which weren't far away. There is plenty to do in this area. ...more
