We booked a 3 night stay over Easter weekend and had an amazing time. The hosts were very helpful and we were able to contact them without any issues, they even offered to pick us up from Creiff if we were unable to get a taxi. We were able to check in early too which was great and the location of Brae Cottage is so remote and peaceful with such beautiful scenery around that you forget you are in the UK. the cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities you would need to feel like you are in your home away from home with the added luxury of a hot tub!!

This was our second time at Brae Cottage and it was as perfect as our first visit and without a doubt we will be booking another trip there soon! We had the most wonderful stay at Brea Cottage. The Cottage is in the most secluded spot, very private. The little burn that runs past the cottage was music to my ears. The cottage was spotless with everything you would need. It rained most of the time we were there so we didnt get out much, but that just forced us to sit by the fire and watch Xmas movies. Bliss. We used the hot tub (spotless) the first night as it was dry for a couple of hours. This is my only downfall, no shelter for the hot tub. A retractable roof would be ideal, then on a clear night you can still enjoy the night sky. I saw my first ever red squirrel, what a treat. I think this little cottage is my new favourite place to stay. I cant wait to return.

Stayed here (Brae Cottage) with my wife for a surprise anniversary weekend - whilst the weather was dreich, this cottage was far from it!
Every little detail has been thought about; from a fully stocked wood pile for the stay and a fire made ready to light in the fireplace, through to dressing gowns and slippers supplied for use both inside and out to the hot tub, which was prepped and heated ready to step into on our arrival late Friday evening, despite the rain.
The chocolate brownies on the kitchen table on our arrival, and the bottle of bubbly in the fridge were a real delight, and really made a warm welcome.
The cottage itself is really well appointed with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob in the kitchen. There's also a vinyl player and stacks of records to choose from as well as a dvd player (with tonnes of dvds!) and satellite TV with in-built Netflix, Prime and NowTV apps on it, there's also WiFi throughout the property at reasonable speeds.
The bed is as comfy as they come, and the small wetroom shower/toilet with underfloor heating was a very welcome surprise. It was also really nice to find a few shower gels, shampoo and moisturisers.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. The beautiful and remote garden outside to the cosy and modern cottage inside. Monzie Estate provided lovely surroundings for dog walks and red squirrel spotting! Would highly recommend and hope to be back.

What a gem of a place to escape to. We absolutely loved the setting and gorgeous cottage with lovely interiors, cosy fire, record player and bonus hot tub. We felt right at home and had a very relaxed comfortable break and it was spotlessly clean. Beautiful area to walk and explore and we enjoyed all of Alexandra’s suggestions. Would highly recommend.

The setting is sublime, honestly we were blown away by how secluded it is. The views are 10/10, the cottage is immaculate and has everything you would need for your stay. We stayed for 5 nights and wished we had booked for longer.

We spent 5 nights in Brae cottage to celebrate a 60th birthday and what a lovely time we had. The cottage itself is set in the most beautiful landscape, completely isolated and has breathtaking views. The gardens are really well maintained and the cottage itself is decorated so beautifully. We found there was so much to do in the area around the cottage, and everywhere seemed to be very pet friendly - which was handy for us as we took our dog with us. There were also some lovely walks directly from the cottage, but if you wanted to stay indoors there was plenty to entertain with board games and a record player with a good range of records to enjoy. The hosts were also really informative before our stay, and kept in touch in case we needed something during our stay, we felt very well looked after. I would absolutely recommend this cottage and would stay again.

We had originally booked for 3 nights but we loved our stay so much we booked for an extra 2 nights and we are so glad we did. The cottage was just beautiful, tastefully decorated throughout and everything just felt luxurious duvet, pillows, linen etc. The hot tub and it’s amazing views were perfect after being out for a lovely walk with the dog then into the cottage to warm log burning fire with a glass of fizz and delicious homemade chocolate brownies from the lovely hosts Alexandra and David, just perfect! We will definitely be booking back up soon and couldn’t recommend this place high enough!

We had a 2 night stay and we were delighted with everything offered, the place was spotless, had everything on hand to make your stay comfortable (even wi-fi if required). The views around the cottage were amazing, it was relaxing sitting in the hot tub sipping a glass of Prosecco. Would definitely recommend this break you won’t be disappointed.

Booked three nights away for an anniversary stay. Cottage offered everything we wanted - fantastic quiet location with lovely views and walks straight from the front door.
All the facilities were great with everything we needed in the kitchen for a few nights to self cater. We made lots of use of the hot tub and enjoyed a couple of fires in the log burner too.
Arriving to the complimentary chocolate brownies was an extra treat!

We booked Brae Cottage at the Monzie Estate the day before we arrived on a whim, an we are so glad we did! What was to be an overnight turned into 3 full glorious days of roaming the gorgeous property, listening to a fantastic collection of records on their player, and soaking in the hot tub.
Brae Cottage provided fantastic essentials like a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen appliances as well as a very comfortable bedroom with ensuite.
My husband I cannot recommend Monzie Estate enough and cannot wait to return. Alison & Aaron

We booked Brae Cottage for a relaxing weekend away. The cottage is located on a beautiful plot of land with stunning views of the country side. The cottage itself is perfect for a cozy quiet weekend. We enjoyed the hottub and games provided by the house. Also we were treated to perfect weather to explore the grounds. We enjoyed using the wood provided to lite a fire one night and were very happy with the lovely toiletries and well set up kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We missed being at the Brae in 20 and 21 and it so wonderful to be back.The Brae feels like a home away from home. The accomadation is excellent with a great location and views. If ever considering a visit to Scotland consider the accomadations being offered at Monzie estates We are booked already for 2023

This cottage was exactly what we wanted for our holiday! In a secluded location far enough out that you didn't see anyone but also close enough to cireff which has everything you could need! The cottage had beautiful veiws which made relaxing in the hot tub / garden perfect.
