We've just spent a gorgeous week at the Beach House. By far the nicest place we've stayed and will definitely be back. Everything is as catered for and the living space was perfect. Mudeford Quay was perfect location to enjoy fishing trips, crabbing, boat trip into Christchurch - what we miss the most since coming home though is the view across the quay from the property - morning, noon and night.
Special call out to whoever purchased the bedding - so very very comfortable.
We will definitely be back.
The only piece of feedback given the change in our weather would be to have air con. But there were so many fans around the house which we were very grateful for.

We had the most gorgeous weekend celebrating a 60th birthday at the beach house! The views are amazing and lovely spending time in the water on the kayaks! Quiet location and would highly recommend

We loved our stay at the Beach House. Beautiful well-appointed, well-designed house with stunning views over the estuary – perfect for watching the sailing with a cuppa. Our family really enjoyed paddle boarding over to Mudeford Spit, swimming in the sea and admiring the beach huts. Crabbing at the Quay was also a hit as well as walking round to Avon Beach for an icecream. Plenty to do within walking distance. The week flew by, we really did love every minute and hope we can go back some time.

Amazing property in a fantastic location with stunning views. The house had everything we needed — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a wonderfully light and airy atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the thoughtful welcome pack was a lovely touch.
Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, there was virtually no traffic, making it exceptionally quiet.
One minor downside — though outside the owners' control — was the complete lack of phone reception on my O2 mobile. This seems to be a longstanding issue across Christchurch, and I’m not sure how the locals cope!
