A perfect cottage to stay in, for a family get away, sleeping 5 and 1 infant. This is a Pet Friendly cottage with a small enclosed garden and patio.
With 3 lovely bedrooms, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom with a shared family bathroom.
Downstairs is spacious with large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a large sitting room with corner sofa, great for relaxing in after a busy day out and about. Through an arch is the dining area, with dining table & chairs and a sofa to unwind on with a coffee, after dinner!!

You have access to all the on site facilities of Indoor Swimming Pool, Multi Sports Court, Under 5's play area, BBQ's, Bike Store, Woodland Picnic Site, Oak Acre Walk, Bird Watching Area, On Site Parking, WIFI

This is our second visit to this cottage, in beautiful rural Shropshire. The cottage was just as well kept as the first time, and as a family we are always happy to see it was as well stocked with crockery, books (for the kids and us!) and toys/games. The facilities, especially the pool, are good. Emma and James are helpful, and ensured there was a highchair and cot for us on arrival, so we didn't need to worry when we got there late. Their estate is large and peaceful, with swallows swooping over the fields. I am sure we will be back!

Had a really nice week at Emma’s Dairy. The kids loved investigating the toy box in the cottage, and we managed a couple of sessions in the pool, which is a great facility. They also loved the ‘secret door’ between the single room and the twin.

The cottage was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. We had a minor issue with the water going off but the owners were straight round. As we were heading out for the day it didn’t impact us but we appreciated the explanation and update on the situation, which was sorted by the time we came back.

We had a very good meal from Swallow restaurant and takeaway in Whitchurch, and also recommend RAF Cosford for a rainy day outing. There are plenty of other great days out round the area and we didn’t manage to do everything we wanted so may well be back.

Glad I spent time hunting through cottage to find Emma's Dairy. There are so many to choose from but this cottage and site suited our family perfectly. Clean, tidy, warm and well equipped, had everything we needed for our family.
Pool was warm and clean and the play areas were perfect for the children to run off some steam. Local area, lovely, didnt explore to far a field but will do next time.

A great cottage for our family. The kids loved their bedrooms with the beams and gorgeous round window. Plenty of space for us all with all you need in the kitchen to cater for a young family.
Even though it was a bit cold the kids loved the pay area and the ride on tractors and the play castle too. We had a few games of football as well. the pool warmed us all up and was perfect for the kids.
Whitchurch is the local town and is lovely.

Lovely stay. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed to cater for a young family including plastic cutlery/plates/bowls for my infant, which was brilliant. We visited Chester Zoo and Park hall farm, both were excellent days out, despite the weather. We want to come back and stay a bit longer so we can explore Shropshire a little more as there is a lot to see.

We stayed for a long break in Emma's Dairy and were very impressed! Large living area for my family and very quite location. on site facilities kept the children happy and occupied. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. I had to do some work remotely and was pleased with the internet speed for a rural location.
