What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! We were a group of 16 women, staying for a hen do. The Shippon exceeded my expectations, the house itself is lovely, the rooms, facilities, kitchen, bathrooms are perfectly set up. There are large outdoor spaces, two hot tubs and the views from around and inside the house are just stunning. The rooms have good sound proofing, so if other people are up late the rest can still sleep. The owners made excellent recommendations, particularly for local catering which also exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious... and we had a long list of dietar...more
