Beadles was the perfect venue for a multigenerational (11 years to 90 years of age) Easter break. The house has lots of character and plenty of area for a spot of quiet reading, when you want a bit of down time. The lounge area with open fire had plenty of space for everyone to gather, the dining room is perfect for family meals and the kitchen is large and well equipped for catering for a large group. The house was very clean, warm and well maintained. Garden was huge and would be ideal on a sunny day for relaxing. Perfectly placed near to a beach and on a private estate, which ensured nights were quiet. Special thank you to the managers for ensuring we had everything we needed to get settled. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Beadles is a beautiful property in Sandwich Bay, located at a nice quiet road, easy walking distance from the beach. The house feels historic with interesting elements to it. It felt spacious, accommodated comfortably 12 of us. The children loved the property, the garden, the playroom.
It was a perfect house to host our extended family, get away together quality time.

A big family gathering, 9 adults and 5 kids and the house was absolutely perfect for all of us. So many different rooms to hang out in, a huge garden to run around in, a big kitchen to hang and cook, I would say that the kitchen is missing some key utensils but I spoke to the house manager about that. Walking distance to the beach was perfect too. We all had a great stay and would love to visit again.

No words I can write will really express how wonderful our stay was. A three generation group to celebrate my 70th birthday who all found the house perfect for our long weekend.

The Bay has always been a family favourite as I was born in Sandwich and although left at 19, have returned over many years for holidays with family or just a quick visit. There were wonderful memories for us, the house being my favourite of all at the Bay and couldn't believe my luck that I could rent this beautiful place for a holiday.

Thank you to the Clive family for sharing what is the most charming home and felt like home to all of us.
