We had a lovely stay at the Sea view Apartment. The views over the bay are amazing and the apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. My husband particularly liked the coffee machine! Adam gave us all the information that we required and the location was ideal for both walking to the seafront and town centre. We will definitely be booking again!
Muntham is a great place to stay. It’s located in a convenient location, walking distance from Torquay harbour & very close to the shops, restaurants and pubs in Wellswood. Grant & Adam are perfect hosts & make you feel very welcome & provide nice little touches like stocking the kitchen with essentials. We took our dog with us & bowls, blankets and towels were provided, as well as treats which were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend staying at Muntham & look forward to staying again soon!
This is a lovely spacious apartment with a great view over the rooftops of the town centre. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable, a real home from home. Only a short walk from the harbour and the town centre, I can't fault it! The hosts are communicative and really helpful.
A Great stay in very clean and tidy accommodation with everything need for a very combatable stay. The hosts were brilliant and even let us stay another night in another apartment. Would recommend this property and hosts because your do get everything in the description and more.

Sovereign House Apartment is a very well equipped place to stay. Just above the harbour, its only mins away from the shops & restaurants in Torquay yet its in a very quiet location. Everything we needed was provided, all we needed to add was the food we wanted to cook. The allocated parking allows you to go out for day trips with out fear of not having a parking space when you come back, also no looking for money to pay for parking. This is our 3rd stay at Sovereign House & have booked to stay again. Keep up the good work Adam & Grant.
The holiday booked same day as arrival and our hosts pulled out all the stops to accommodate us. Excellent communication. Apartment very comfortable with everything you would need for a stress free self catering holiday. Couldn't fault anything, very clean and spacious with tasteful decor - very enjoyable stay. Bonus of car parking onsite and location a short walk to St Marychurch facilities and Babbacombe Bay.
A very cosy and convenient base for walking the South West Coast Path between Brixham and Starcross. A very well equipped apartment in excellent condition.
Exceptional apartment but we feel would benefit from a stain away carpet to give warmth and comfort.
St Anne’s is a beautiful house, that was beautifully decorated. It is warm, cozy and yet extremely spacious and is equipped with everything you could wish for. Well positioned, not far from the beach and walking distance from the town centre. Hot tub is great and the outside kitchen looked fabulous, although we couldn’t use it because of the weather. We’ll have to come back another time to try it out!
