Celebrated my birthday with my family and we had wonderful time, the barn is immaculate and spacious and very well equipped and the views over the South Downs are stunning

We had an excellent stay at Valley Barn. From the moment I made our booking enquiry, Rob's communication and customer service was first class. Very flexible with regards to check in too.
The Barn has the most amazing views and is so comfortable. Very easy to negotiate for anyone with access issues.
The beds were super comfy and the linen of a high quality. Each bedroom had its own shower and one had a huge bath, which was a bonus and enjoyed!

It's well located for lots of interesting places but we also enjoyed just chilling. We went to Winchester, Portsmouth, Watercress Line and an amazing Sculpture Park.

All very positive and great memories made!

We rented Valley Barn because my grandson, who lives in Petersfield, was getting married. It was perfect for our large family as a base before the wedding and for a relaxing mini holiday after. We are used to renting villas in Florida so our expectations are high. Valley Barn did not disappoint. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated with high end appliances. It had a luxurious feel and the garden views were spectacular. We loved the visits each day from the boys ( bullocks) while we relaxed on the outdoor seating in the enclosed garden.
The location not far from Petersfield makes for easy access to shopping, cafes and restaurants.I would have no hesitation in recommending any of the properties at Barrow Hill Barns and hope to rent again when visiting our grandson.

We have stayed at Barrow Hill Barns before but this was the first time at Valley Barn. A gorgeous property in a wonderful location. It had everything we could ask for and the garden was perfect for the whole family to relax after a day out. Stunning walks nearby plus amazing restaurants & pubs. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely be back.

Stay at the property several times for work commitments, we highly recommend the property it’s stylish well presented and very comfortable the views are beautiful and the host are great at sending you check in details well in advance.

The valley barn was a perfect property and location for a Christmas gathering for my wife and I and our 3 kids and their spouses.

The property is of a very good standard with fantastic en-suite bedrooms. The main living area was perfect for gathering and playing games, long meals and late nights.

We went for long walks most days including to a few of the local pubs. Fantastic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – A Perfect Stay at Valley Barn

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Valley Barn. It truly provided everything we needed and more. The rooms were set up perfectly, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the high-quality travel cot. The kitchen’s lovely open layout made cooking and spending time together so easy, and the sofas were a great addition for the size of our group.

The cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the bathrooms felt modern, fresh, and beautifully presented. We loved our time here and are already planning to come back next time in the summer so we can enjoy the garden, take in the stunning view, and have a bbq.

The location was great as well, with enjoyable drives to nearby pubs. Our hosts were fantastic and gave us great flexibility during our stay. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. We had a brilliant time.

Highly recommend, amazing hosts and a perfect place to stay!

Our time at Barrow Hill Barns was wonderful - everything you could think of for home comforts - the parking was excellent as we had several cars for 7 of us
The only piece of feedback was the wood burner that was being used next door, the smell travelled into the barn which was unpleasant as we felt we were standing next to a bonfire - in the evenings it was very strong
