  • Situated in the hills and overlooking Ayia Napa. Villa offers spacious modern kitchen, living and dining area, which have easy access to the private swimming pool and spectacular views while upstairs all 3 bedroom furnished to a very high standard with private balcony and en suite in the master bedroom.
  • This a large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen area, which is the perfect area for taking in a fabulous Ayia Napa sunset.

A wonderful Villa! We will be coming to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. It really does look just like the pictures, it is so so spacious (we stayed as a family of 5 with 3 young children). The pool area is just beautiful, the villa itself is completed to an amazingly high standard. The views from the top Terrance are stunning, it’s a very quiet area too so you don’t get disturbed. It has everything you need there, it is a 20 minute walk in to the centre of Ayia Napa which was no bother for us at all, we mainly got a taxi back which was only 10 euros as it is up a hill but again, we walked back a few times and that was no bother. Another little tip, the supermarkets near by can be quite expensive but we used an app called ‘Wolt’ and that delivers shopping from supermarkets or food from restaurants. This was our first villa stay and I can honestly say it was one of our best holidays, and we will absolutley be using villastolet again, to book our next villa stay in Cyprus. Their customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much for them. Thank you!

Very good location, easy to find. The house is very clean and also the pool. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended!
