I had an excellent stay at Bay Tree View, the location is a mere stones throw away from the Paignton harbor, and a 5 minute walk into the town. The apartment had all the essentials necessary, and the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay when required. Apartment was clean on arrival and is spacious, with all the expected amenities. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to visit the area, I will be back again very shortly!
