This cottage is situated right by the beach and has a spacious feel with lovely stone walls and floors. Great facilities and the huge bonus of a free parking space right next to the sea wall right by the cottage! The cottage is very accessible for those with disabilities with a flat entrance and route to the beach down the side of the lifeboat centre. It was a great base to get to the whole of Looe. Great communication received by our host and the housekeeper. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful short break at Sand Martin. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better location with the Quay and the Beach on the doorstep. We sat on the bench outside the Lifeboat station with a cuppa several mornings! We unloaded just along from the property and parked up in the Mill Pool carpark which is a short walk through town and over the bridge. It was cheaper to pay for the week at £26.50. We didn't need to take it out as there is plenty to see and do in Looe and at this time of year it's perfect as is still bustling but not crowded. We ...more
