We stayed in the upper farmhouse for 4 nights. With two bedrooms there was ample space to relax and enjoy time in the house. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The double bedroom looks out over the lovely pond to the hills beyond. The outdoor table and chairs would be welcome when the weather is too hot to be indoors. Portclew cottages are very well placed for walking or driving to the start of coastal walks and to beautiful sandy beaches. Lovely house, accommodated our late notice request to stay during May half term. Lots of room for the three of us. Everything you need for a base in Pembrokeshire. Fantastic location, very close to Freshwater East beach which is stunning all times of the year! The only thing is the second bedroom being up a couple of stairs from the main bedroom without a stair gate. Not an issue for older children and we kept our youngest in our room downstairs which had plenty plenty of room for an extra mattress.

Six people in my family enjoyed a great week in The Dairy. The property is located in a lovely, quiet setting and is superbly equipped. The grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed seeing the little white ducks on the pond. We wished we could have stayed longer, as there are so many lovely beaches and castles in the area. Tenby and St Davids are also within daily reach. A boat trip to Caldey Island was the highlight of the week. We would love to return to discover more. I love taking photos, and there were plenty of beautiful places to photograph.
