A high-spec kitchen in a modern gloss finish is the home’s culinary hub and is fully equipped to make meal preparation and entertaining a breeze. Leading out from the dining area is a gorgeous furnished balcony with far-reaching views over the Atlantic, and we think it’s the perfect spot to enjoy sundowners once the children are in bed. Arranged on the lower ground floor are two large en-suite bedrooms including a master suite that has its own dressing room. Doors from both rooms open out on to a large, private terrace and are fabulous for flinging open on warm summer evenings. The spacious family bathroom as well as two twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor and together with the other bedrooms provide ample sleeping for a group of eight guests.
Situated on the outskirts of Falmouth, Swanpool is a salt-water lagoon that is separated from its pretty beach by a shingle sandbar. At its northern end is a small nature reserve that provides shelter for a number of bird varieties in the area while the sand and shingle family-friendly beach has its own café as well as water sports equipment and kayak hire. A great place for novices and pros alike to enjoy a variety of water-based activities, Swanpool is also situated right on the coastal path providing plenty of opportunity to explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the area.
Falmouth itself is home to an array of shops and eateries, and for those who fancy a round of golf, Falmouth Golf Club is just a short distance from the property.
