Perfectly suited to holidays with friends and family, this two storey detached property has all the space you’ll need to completely unwind during your stay. Inside you’ll find a large open plan living / dining area that spills out to the terrace through glass doors, and a fully equipped kitchen for prepping the day’s feasts. Each of the property’s three bedrooms are light and bright, with comfortable beds and a lovely outlook.

A large double can be found on the ground floor which opens out to the garden, while the remaining two can be found upstairs on the first floor and include a spacious master as well as a bunk room sleeping four guests. There’s plenty of space outside too, with a terrific terrace and big lawn so you can relax, BBQ and entertain while the children run free. Goonhavern is a delightful village ideally placed just two miles east of Perranporth in North Cornwall and just a short distance from the Perran & Perranporth Beach. Newquay, is within easy reach too so if you’re looking to spend a day surfing the famous swells at Fistral or visiting the aquarium with the kids, you won’t have far to travel.

The village itself is friendly and welcoming with a small grocery store and garden centre, as well as a handful of shops. If you fancy eating out, the Bay Tree restaurant (in the garden centre) is a lovely spot for a light bite, and if you’re looking for a traditional pub lunch there’s the New Inn just down the road. Surrounded by countryside, visitors who enjoy walking have their pick of numerous circular walks around Goonhavern. These routes include a circular path through the woods of the Lappa Valley, the nature reserve at Ventongimps, and the fascinating St. Pirans Round which has the ruins of a medieval amphitheatre.
