Lovely modern apartment just 10 or so minutes to walk to the town centre. So useful with a parking space. We appreciated the fans in the bedrooms!

Apartment very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to questions and feedback. A 10 min walk to town centre. Unfortunately it was unseasonably hot at the time but there was a fan for each bedroom. Just be aware there is no aircon.

The booking process was really easy, the host was very communicative which was great.
The apartment is in a great location which is a short walk in to the city, with secure parking.
The apartment is clean, well maintained, the beds are very comfortable, it has everything you need for a home from home stay.
The hosts left a nice welcome tray including bread and milk which was appreciated.
Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely flat. Great location and instructions to find it very thorough. Only one tiny comment - the windows to the balconies really needed a clean!

Ideally situated for easy walking to the centre of Bath as well as close to walks along the river. Fabulous to have secure parking and not worry about the car or car parking costs. Flat was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the welcome tray with fresh bread, tea, coffee, milk in the fridge etc was lovely. To have 2 bathrooms was great especially with a walk in shower for my 86 year old mum. Communication with Alison was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

For a two night stay with secure parking, number 4 ticked the boxes. Breakfast items well received altho not necessary. One of us is following Slimming World and the other is gluten and lactose intolerant!!! So it's difficult to accommodate needs. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Not much can be done about creaking boards from upstairs neighbours, banging doors or uninteresting view. We didn't cook or use bigger appliances but all in all a comfortable flat.
