We had a lovely time staying at The Stables over the New Year period. There was plenty of space for two adults, a baby and dog - a cosy but not cramped space. The place was decorated nicely throughout and we probably benefited from being one of the first to stay there, so everything is fresh. Great quality kitchen!
Saw a previous review about an uncomfortable sofa and we were mindful of this, but in our opinion it was absolutely fine. It may be on the smaller side but if it were bigger then it would be disproportionate to the space, so no complaints there.
David was an excellent host and very promptly resolved an incredibly minor hiccup regarding coffee pods.
Would stay again!

Cute for 2 nights, but uncomfortable small sofa in living room, and no dishwasher. overpriced by about 50% / night compared to other cottages that are larger with 2 or 3 bathrooms and a fireplace. but it was a last min booking.
