Cottage was lovely although I wished it had a bit if garden attached to let the dog out , also the bedroom was extremely hot However the weather was extremely hot for may this year . Also loft windows 1 had no blind so let the sun in 445 am and the window opposite the bed had a very fine net type curtain which also let the sun blinding in . Although I contacted Kevin and eventually a dog blanket was put up at 1of the windows which help otherwise we would have got no sleep . The cottage was good for travel to all the places we wanted to visit so overall a lovely stay . But the windows definitely need blackout blinds for us was a big issue may not affect everyone.

The Coach house at Broadwell Manor was perfect for our stay in the Cotswolds. A good base for exploring the region.
Lovely kitchen and a small but cosy sitting room. The top floor is dedicated to the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the free standing bath was nice for a long soak. The toilet is downstairs, so if you get up in the night you need to negotiate the stairs. There is a nightlight that illuminates to help. The owner was very helpful and on hand should you need anything. It was very safe and secure, being behind locked gates for which you are given an entry code.
I would recommend this property and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the Coach House. It is a beautiful accommodation and would have been perfect but for a couple of things...
- I emailed the provided email address with queries before our stay but received no response
- It certainly wasn't cheap, especially with such a late check in And early check out meaning you don't get as much time in the space
- A lady working at the manor house was rather unsavoury towards us walking around the grounds, leading us to not feel that comfortable enjoying the grounds or knowing what was or wasn't off limits
- Most significantly, every time we used the shower, the fuse tripped. Once when I was actually in the shower. It left me in darkness which would be quite dangerous if I was older/less mobile/alone. I rang the service number provided and received a response immediately. That said, I was told this is an ongoing problem in the Coach House, which led me to wonder why we weren't informed of this in advance. Why weren't we told how to fix the (inevitable) problem before it arose, saving us having to contact services or panic.

We do recommend contacting the property manager directly regarding any requests for an early check-in, as they coordinate the cleaning schedule and are therefore best placed to advise on availability. The property manager’s contact details are provided approximately three weeks prior to arrival. With regard to pricing, the property is charged based on booking periods (Monday–Friday and Friday–Monday) rather than on a nightly basis and we apologise if this was not explained to you at the time of placing your booking. As your reservation was for Saturday to Monday, the rate would have remained the same whether staying for two or three nights. Thank you also for bringing the shower issue to our attention. We will share your feedback with the property management team regarding the issue with the shower so that the matter can be investigated further with an electrician. We hope to welcome you back to the Cotswolds again soon

We chose the Coach House for its location and the what looked like a fantastic conversion from the photos. We weren’t disappointed. The house is well equipped and very comfortable for 2. Our only negative was the strong smell of the room diffusers.
Being able to walk to the Fox for dinner and into Stow for the day is a big plus for the location. The only challenge we had was trying to get a taxi to Moreton on a Sunday night, but we eventually got there and back. We would certainly recommend staying here.

There was a few little issues but overall a great stay.
We had some issues with the electricity tripping when the oven was on, but as the fuse box is in the kitchen we could fix this ourselves. However the owners should take a look at the electrics to see what’s causing the tripping and to get this fixed.
We stayed with our 9 month old baby, but we probably wouldn’t recommend for families with small babies. There are no doors to either the kitchen or the lounge area, so we had to be mindful of noise when we put our baby to bed upstairs as there are no doors. Also no stair gates (we did know this when booking so we were just extra cautious with our baby crawling around).
Curtains at the top of the stairs also need replacing, there isn’t much point of them as they are extremely thin so they don’t prevent the light from shining in.
The house was really clean. There were essentials in the house when we arrived for washing up which was great.
Location is brilliant with shops less than a 5 minute drive away.
Stunning property.
Overall good experience.

An extremely clean place to stay and in a quiet location which suited us. A central location to the places which we visited. The only negative I would have ( but it wouldn't stop me visiting again) was not much of a welcome pack, just milk and 2 bottles of water.

Booking our holiday through Stay Cotswolds was simple and easy and the team were very helpful indeed and friendly. With follow up texts and clear precise booking and access information.
We were delighted by how beautiful The Coach House is, a fabulous location and stunning entrance, great parking and lovely quiet location in magnificent grounds near to the village church. Property has stunning accommodation, extremely clean, new and fresh. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need, lovely decoration throughout, fabulous bedroom with stand alone bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner who was very friendly, kind & helpful - especially sorting out our Netflix! This property is a real gem and an amazing find. We Loved it so much that we have booked again in October and will definitely return next year. A Brilliant location to discover the Cotswolds. Local pub in Broadwell has a great choice of food and staff were very welcoming and friendly. A superb find. Thank you.
