Lovely area very quiete, no paths so need to drive everywhere. The apartment was just like the photos. Large kitchen dining room.nice and modern looking. Kitchen quite well equipped for a short stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom.one with en-suite the other a bathroom. Dog friendly. For us. The area was just 8 minutes from where we needed to be..would recommend this apartment.

obtaining access to the key was not made clear. it took nearly one hour to finally get into the apartment I think there was a lack of communication somewhere. the key box had been moved. The accommodation was ideal for us as a member had mobility issues. The road can be noisy at times ,as you are beside the A40.it was warm, and modern. near many villages, without long travel. The television did lose its signal a few times, Very spacious and clean living accommodation,

Riverview is very spacious clean and comfy. It is situated beside the A40 and although you can't hear the traffic from inside you can hear it if you wanted to sit out on the patio. The smaller double room had a shelf missing and you could still see the large gaps in the wall which were unsightly. Our friends had to stack some of their storage onto the window cill which wasn't ideal, especially when you wanted to close the blind.
However we did have a wonderful stay at Riverview.

The apartment was perfect for our stay for a wedding weekend near Burford, especially as there is a good cafe on-site.
The beds were very comfy and everything was very clean.
The only thing just from a personal view is that the bath towels could be a bit bigger.

Great apartment, clean fresh everything you need for a perfect base to explore the area, couldn't fault anything, the fans for the bathrooms didn't seam to come on, minor point. Have recommended the apartment's to family and friend's, and will look to come back for a short winter break.

An ideal location for a getaway to the countryside from city life. Good access to several walking trails with many good pubs serving high-quality food.
It was a bit difficult to find the key to the location with misleading information printed on the information sheet. It took 4 telephone calls to get someone on the phone to guide us to the right place in the evening of arrival.
The accommodation which is new was very clean with a spacious living-dining-kitchen area but the bedrooms were pretty small but spacious enough for a double bed with minimum facilities.
The bathrooms were clean but with no provision for shower gel or a corner shelf for shower gel/shampoo. These could be remedied at a minimal cost but will add to a great deal of convenience and hygiene.
Good open space behind the accommodation with an excellent view of the night sky and fields of barley.
Within the same compound and within walking distance, there is an excellent restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch from local produce.

Beautiful flat, very clean, great location. The key safe is not in the bin store but actually outside the back door to the flat just for reference. But great patio area lovely views. Worth a visit!

Excellent apartment for a trip round the Cotswolds . Good parking clean and spacious with lovely views of the surrounding fields . All mod cons so easy to self cater if wanted . Some additional mugs and cutlery would help .. as would a few basics in the cupboard such as salt and pepper .. and a pint of milk on arrival maybe as there are no local shops open unless you arrive early . Some oven gloves would also be good .. having said all that we had a lovely time and are suggestions are just a few little things that would make a difference!

The property features and furnishings were 5 star. Modern and clean apartment with bags of space and the kitchen was excellent. Unfortunately the property is not in safe walking distance of any pubs and the “shop” on site was very limited which meant driving 15-20mins if you needed essentials. The shop said it was a farm shop and it didn’t sell fruit, veg, eggs or breakfast items unless you ate in the restaurant. The reason for comfort being a 3 which we are aware isn’t east to avoid but the apartment becomes very hot in summer, the main bedroom has patio doors so it is unsafe to leave them open over night as someone could just walk into the bedroom which meant for sleepless nights with the current 20+ temperatures. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable (garden furniture outside was more comfortable) and limited space on sofa if there was a group or family of 4.
Electric charger on site was a huge bonus though for us.

We do advertise Riverview as being 'located in Windrush Heights, which is within a stone's throw of The Cotswold Outpost and a short drive to the picturesque village of Little Barrington, an unspoilt village with an award-wining country pub, The Fox Inn, which is set alongside the River Windrush'. The sitting room has 2 armchairs as well as the sofa to accommodate 4 guests. We hope you will be back to stay again soon!

Had trouble locating the keys which was very frustrating, had only been given access to the guest portal on the morning so wasn’t aware of instructions etc.
I know the place is called windrush but was not expecting it to be so windy
Shame also so close to the road as cannot have windows or doors open.
Lovely place, all amenities provided & all very comfortable.
Great location as far enough away from hustle & bustle of local villages to feel like you are in the heart of the Cotswolds.

We had a lovely amazing break away here, the place was exceptionally clean, and in a lovely area with a beautiful view
Everything was spacious, lovely areas within the flat and only 5minute drive from the centre of Burford. Cannot fault the place one but except we wish we stayed longer and was sad to leave

The location of Riverview is perfect to be able to access all main area of the Cotswolds for day trips etc. The accomodation is wonderful; modern, everything you could possible need is provided, spacious with wonderful views. There is a small shop on the site which is dog friendly, and there is a lovely walk down into the village, where you can stop for a drink at The Fox pub overlooking the river. Highly recommended.

Not everyone uses What3words so it'd be helpful to have written directions as satnav doesn't recognise the postcode.
Apartment was beautiful but no antislip mat in the bath so have to be extra careful and no extractor fans in either bathroom. Master bedroom had no ventilation as couldn't leave French doors open all night so was really warm.
Details on local takeaways etc would be helpful.

Excellent apartment in very good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Well maintained in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable with everything you need. There are only two observations (not complaints) I have:
The key safe location: Despite the directions supplied, I went round the entire outside of the building twice before I eventually spotted the key safe, which is positioned at ground level. Vey difficult to spot, and can only be accessed by getting down on hands and knees to enter the code. Not very good if you are of mature age, or if it is raining. I think it would be impossible to spot if the guests arrived after dark. I would suggest at least, that the instructions to find it are amended directing you to the right hand end of the building. Ideally, could the key safe be relocated in the brick bin store, where I noticed several other key safes are located.
Recycling: I was very surprised that there were no facilities or instructions regarding recycling of rubbish, so all waste was mixed and placed in the kitchen rubbish bin.

We stayed at Riverview for four nights with two great friends, our requirements were fairly specific since we are “of a certain age!” We wanted two bedrooms and bathrooms, ground floor and also dog friendly. This fitted the bill perfectly on paper and proved to be so when we arrived. The apartment was beautifully appointed and all the fixtures of very high quality. A very memorable and comfortable stay. My only request would be mats for the shower to avoid slipping.

Apartment was lovely and clean. Very modern. Great contact from MyClean for any questions and queries. Some apartments had outside patio tables, we didn’t, this would have been nice. The apartment was spacious. Plenty for plates and cutlery but limited on pans and trays if you are planning on cooking whilst there you might want to take your own. Milk was left in the fridge for us which was nice, would have been nice if some oil was also there, something you don’t always think about taking with you. We needed to drive to the places we wanted to go as there is only a small cafe on site.

We have had a wonderful stay at Riverview! Fantastic property, well equipped and very comfortable. Just off a main road we worried about noise but you generally don’t notice at all. In a good location if you are exploring local areas. Would recommend and return again in future.

It’s not a pretty chocolate box cottage - for that you’d have to pay a lot more - but it’s a very comfortable, well equipped, modern, ground floor apartment in a newly built, low rise block of about a dozen or so. There’s a large, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, a lounge area and two bathrooms. It looks out over fields and down to the river Windrush valley. Although it’s called ‘Riverview’, you can’t actually see the river. It’s on the busy A40 road, but the developers have made a large earth bank to screen the flats from the road - but you can still hear the traffic if you’re outside (inside is ok). It was quite windy while we were there.
It’s a good base for exploring this part of the Cotswolds. Burford (about 5 or 10 minutes away) is very pretty and has many touristy shops and pubs etc. It’s also not too far from Stow-on-the-Wold, the Slaughters, Bourton-on-the-Water etc. There are a couple of big supermarkets at Witney about 20 minutes away.
If you value comfort above image, this place is definitely worth considering.
