We were very pleased with our short break and really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. We found the whole booking procedure very easy to complete and were very satisfied with all aspects of this holiday.

Midsummer cottage is idealy situated in a very quiet, Cotswold village situated a few miles from the village of Broadway. The Cottage was cosy, clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The log fire proved beyond us in the sense of maintaining a log fire, but that's down to our beginner's ability rather than the log fire itself I think! Evenings are very dark in the village with no street lamps. The local pub, The Mount, was traditional in style, with good food and service. To be reccommended.

I found the whole experience really good. The contact with the Holiday Cottage Company was first class. Prompt, efficient and really helpful, thank you Tina and Debbie. The Cottage itself was lovely. High quality. Really nicely decorated with everything you need and very clean. A super space, in a peaceful location and right on the Cotswold way. Sadly the pub was closed for vacation, but I gather it has great reviews. I would love to return again.

A beautiful cosy cottage in a lovely village setting within easy driving distance of lots of places. Beds and sofas were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need.
The local pub The Mount Inn is in walking distance, with great service from Pip and her staff. We only had a a snack of mussels, chips and bread there but the standard of food was exceptional.
Highly recommend this lovely cottage and village.

THIS WAS OUR 2ND STAY IN THE COTTAGE, AS BEFORE .EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT WARM AND COZY, AND A SPECIAL TREAT CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS IN PLACE. A LOVELY TOUCH. I AM SURE THE COTTAGE WOULD BE GREAT IN SUMMER AS THE COURTYARD IS VERY PRETTY AND PRIVATE. SO MANY THANKS FOR A LOVELY RELAXING STAY

Midsummer Cottage is charming, very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The check-in was easy, and there were helpful instructions for everything we needed. We stayed for two nights and were able to do laundry and enjoy sitting by the fire. Stanton is a beautiful village, well-located for visits to Broadway, tea at Buckland Manor, and a beautiful walk to Snowshill and Stanway. I would love to go back and definitely recommend this as a great rental.

We had lovely days at Midsummer Cottage in Stanton. Opening the key safe was a bit tricky. The house is well furnished and beautifully situated in the Cotswolds. We would like to come back. Thanks to the owner.

Had a lovely 4 night stay in Midsummer Cottage. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.
The village is peace itself and a walk up the the Mount public house provides lovely views at sunset. The pub also offers an excellent Sunday lunch.

We booked via Stay Cotswolds and all of the staff we spoke to were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, it was a very easy process.
On arrival at the accommodation, it was very clean and exceptionally well equipped for those who prefer to cater for themselves. Plenty of hot water for a hot shower after a day out walking.
A good variety of walks from the door meaning very little driving on the break.
We had a great break in this cottage.

The photos do not do justice to this beautiful cottage. It is everything a Cotswold cottage should be and more. We would stay again without hesitation as it is far and away the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in.

We really enjoyed our weeks stay in Midsomer Cottage. It is in a great location, pretty village, quiet but near lots of places to visit. The cottage was well equipped, the beds comfortable and Wi-Fi good. The back garden looked lovely to sit out in in warmer weather.

What a wonderful, chilled out weekend at Midsummer Cottage. The property is immaculate and accommodated our party of 4 comfortably. This property is in an ideal beautiful location, within easy access of some great villages and towns.
I would have no hesitatiion whatsoever of recommending this fabulous cottage to other guests. We would love to visit in the warmer months as it was so pretty and the garden would be so nice to sit out in.

THE COTTAGE EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, THE LOUNGE AND KITCHEN A DELIGHT TO SPEND TIME IN.THE VILLAGE WAS ALSO VERY BEAUTIFUL.SO I WOULD WITHOUT HESITATION, RECOMMEND A STAY IN THIS COSY COTTAGE.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break in this lovely, well equipped cottage.
The cottage was comfortably furnished, with an open kitchen/dining room which was well equipped and a lovely area to cook and eat.
The sunny cottage garden was pretty and made the perfect spot for breakfast.
Both bedrooms were a good size and the main bedroom had adequate storage.
The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great.
Overall, it was a lovely break in a very quiet village with a great gastro pub

Absolutely gorgeous location, quiet and peaceful. Cottage very good with a lovely back garden. Well presented cottage.

Just a couple of minor points to improve - Parking difficult to do outside property and next door neighbour would not move her car a little more forward to allow us to park our car, so you need to park your car slightly down or over the other side of the street. This should be made clearer on the information given to guests. The information pack has out of date information ie shop at the back of the high street - there isn’t one now! Could have done with some recommendations for more places to eat and things to do. We also think that the front bushes/plants need cutting back as this hindered parking the car - if you can get to park the car.

Great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Perfect location in a beautiful cottage and village. Good location for walking and driving to all the prime tourist spots. The bed and pillows were a dream! Place was well equipped - just a few strategic mirrors and plugs for drying hair etc would be a bonus. Did not want to leave. Will deffo come back.
